  • If ur gonna not use PCT, it would probably be better to use an oral since it clears rapidly and dosen't suppress your natural testosterone system for long vs. oil based injectible.


    Just a very low dose of d-bol every other day or something. (i.e. 5-10mg).

      Agreed. I only use stimulant, no2, caffiene,creatine,beta alanine cocktails. All in one. Mainly for the crazy energy plus muscle endurance of the creatine and BA. Plus I like the pump of the NO2.

      Anabolic super fuel is my favorite. Its not the best for pump, but crazy energy and muscle endurance. Super pump 250 I like more for the pump. Im going to start mixing the two I think.

      Most of my money is gonna be used on food and "vitamins"

          HAV nutrition. The stuff isnt really sold in stores. I tracked the guy down on these forums. Stocked up on it. Now I sell the stuff thru the internet and out of my trunk. So if you are interested I can have it shipped to you for 50 bucks. It lasts about two months.

          My 225 bench went up from 27 reps to 38 within a few months. I was hooked on the shit and stocked up. I have five jugs left.

              Definately the best pre workout supp Ive taken. Similar to the speed stacks before ephedrine was banned. Has the benefits of creatine, beta alanine for muscle endurance though. I think thats what made the biggest difference. Crazy adrenaline rush within 5 mins too. Decent pump but not as good as the super pump in that area. I prefer the extra reps and crazy energy though. Pump is more for fun.

                  • 3-22-09 Sunday Upper chest, Shoulders, Abs (15 mins cardio)


                    Decided to hit chest again this week, as Ive done in the past. Upper chest. Used the smith machine for inclines. Strength was decent on the first few sets. Finished off with some shoulders.

                    Decided to move back work back to monday again. Get an extra day of rest this week.

                    Decent workout considering I hit triceps yesterday and chest on friday.

                    Havent been taking my supps daily, on and off. Mostly on training days only. So I think that might be affecting my muscle endurance.

                        Appreciate that shit. That was a lower volume day for me. I hit chest higher volume with shoulders on friday.

                        My old routines would be 30-40 sets for chest, and 30+ for back. Then shoulders done after chest. So this is moderate for me.

                          ThanX. I was gonna run 50-75 every day of the dbol, for 4-6 weeks. Thats the only difference.

                          I did what I percieved to be 40-50mgs daily for a few weeks last time. Got very little effect. Only garden hose veins and pump. No real size or strength increase though. It was still fun. The pills were unmarked and have no idea what they really were though. They looked like tylenol aspirins, but I felt some adrenaline after taking them.

                          I may be getting 25mg tabs. Not sure yet. Next month perhaps.
