    Glad to get in there and do some shit. While my strength wasnt way off from last week, just felt shitty. Joints felt ok, did some anti inflammatories last week. My upper back was tight as hell in the ruptured disk area from getting it cracked. So some pain there. Just didnt feel like I could get under the weight as agressively and wasnt feelin it when I got in there. Strength is slowly creeping back up to where it was, but now my main focus should be size. Easily get side tracked with lifting heavier and heavier. Soon I think itll be time to focus on inclines first in the routine for a while. Just avoid the freeweight version lately because requires a spotter for me to get a lift off. Otherwise rotating the shit forward fucks with my rotators with the heavy weight. Upper chest still flat as fuck from my recent 6 month on and off training.

    I started a cycle on may first. It ends in late july or august. The first month it helped me gain 10 lbs and get alot of what I lost back. This month ive had some setbacks and no new weight gains. Possibly got a little leaner so its hard to tell. Thats why I guage progress by measurements and not purely bodyweight.

    • Cool, your getting back slowly but surely...I love inclines cause they are easy on my shoulders vs flat bench which kills me everytime.

      Whats your cycle consist of? I just recently broke down and started a real cycle for the first time...Test E and I'm freaking loving this shit

      So much energy today I thought I wasn't going to quit...

        I was expecting more from the dose Im running but still I feel better overall. Get real good pumps while on. Delts and traps mainly. Im on Test E at 3 cc's (900 mgs supposidely, its questionable) a week and the second month is 50 mgs liquid dbol and third month the same. Test is for the full 11 weeks.

        Incline gives me the best chest size for sure.

        • its that a normal time frame to run test for? I thought 6 weeks was the norm...then again maybe 300mg is a low dose for you.

          for me 300mg every 4 days is enough to do me right

            Im not sure whats normal. Ive done 400 for 6 weeks and made decent gains. Instead of trying 600, which is not much more I went with 900. Since my gains at 400 were moderate. I think the shit is underdosed though.

            • that makes sense..what do you think would be an average amount of weigh to retain from a cycle? Right now I'm up to 182 from 165 after 4 weeks...first few weeks were oral Anadrol and then started Test E

                Sounds like good progress so far. I havent done too many cycles but would say to expect to keep all but maybe 5-10 lbs. Usually some water comes off. If your diet is good you should be able to keep most of the mass. Unless you are past your natural limit then the size doesnt seem to stay as easily when off. I think at a certain point anabolics would be neccesary consistantly to get massive. I am still able to keep most of my gains and usually dont lose anymore then 5 lbs. If I lose more its because I wasnt eating enough

                    You should be able to pretty easily hold onto ten pounds I think. Diet always varies on the individual. I never follow protein reccomendations. To me its mostly bullshit to sell supplements. Most days my protein is only between 200-250 and very rarely hit 300 these days. Everything is variable though. Even with myself ive had to change my calorie intake because I couldnt even hold 5000 to 6000 calories a day once my metabolism slowed. Now its probably only 3000-4000 calories, somedays less. I dont really care about keeping my diet too clean to gain size, just enough protein. My diet is pretty clean now only because its more cost effective.

                    PCT ive never been experienced with. Mike arnold knows all that shit though. Ive always asked him about PCT since I never did it in the past.

                      HCG bro...super fucking important to keeping gains. I kept a solid 8lbs from my first cycle. Prob woulda kept more but after coming off didnt get on hcg for a good 3 weeks post cycle. went from 210 down to 195 in a hurry. now sitting at 190

                      • Have heard HCG is good. I dont usually have an issue keeping most of my gains after a cycle. usually dont lose more then 5 lbs, if that. The issue lately has been that after gaining 10 lbs my gains seem to stop on all the cycles Ive done. Otherwise by now, on this cycle I shouldve been close to 230 already. I hit 221 bloated. This month also had a few set backs.

                        My main issue has been fuckin estro sides. Nipple issues. Is fucking annoying. When I took anastrozole recently to combat it my joints started getting more pain. ALso i had some rapid weight loss. So I didnt know if it was hindering my gains. My joints dont need any more issues. So I take it only here and there. Not consistantly. Next time Im going to look into shit with less estro sides. Maybe tren and a lower test dosage

                          yea it dries you out....but stops estro sides....maybe 600 test 300 tren?

                            That might work. Ive never tried tren so I dont know what doses are effective for me

                              I dont have any sides yet except the nips are bit sensitive and hard. I'm taking arimidex every other day

                                Im cutting down or stopping the anti E for a while. I feel like its taking away from my gains and giving me sore joints. Just going by feel though
