            It doesn't drain water from your body per se -it keeps you from retaining a bunch of water that increased E2 (estradiol) would promote. So you stay less bloated and "puffy" looking when you're on cycle. Too much of any AI will dry you out so perhaps just cut back on the amount you're taking and see if that helps. One thing you will want to watch on tren should you decide to go that route is progestin.....tren has a VERY strong binding affinity to progesterone and can and will elevate prolactin. Cabergoline or bromocriptine will help lower prolactin levels....very smart to have one of those on hand before you run tren in case prolactin sides develop (an anti-E like adex will not help reduce progestin gyno).

            If you do run tren, most guys run test at a 2:1 ratio. Tren can cause libido issues and sexual performance issues and having more test going in helps tremendously. And you will want to run a thorough PCT when you come off....it shuts you down hard!

              Good to know. Appreciate that shit. Relatively new to running cycles though Ive been training 16 years. So can use all the information I can get. Never did much pct or liver support on the cycles I have run, since returning back from the 2 year lay off.

                No upper body training this week. Right elbow tendon healing slow as hell it seems. Will see how it feels next week. 20 mins in hot tub after leg session.

                Hit a high of 223 lbs a few days ago fully fed. Eating has been inconsistant cuz when not trianing dont really give a fuck. Will see next week what happens:

                          never used it before....I think test's (anabolic?) rating is 100 whereas tren's is 500 so based on that and from experienced users tren makes one feel like a god

                            Prami works too. There are 3-4 drugs that will help with progesterone....

                            Yes, tren is anabolic as hell at any dosage. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't go above 200-225 mg/wk for a first run until you assess sides. Some guys get wrecked by it, while others don't get many bad sides at all.

                            • Sounds good. Not sure when my next cycle will be. Shit I dont even know when Ill train consistantly again. Whenever the time comes though, tren will likely be included in the next run. Right now my joints all feel dried out and fucking thrashed. Inside of right elbow especially. Plus this hand numbness and wrist pain ive had for over a year. Elbow tendons feel real inflamed though.

                              Was starting to feel strong again after my 6 month lay off so started to get crazy again. The usual cycle of violence. Need to regenerate again.

                              • 7-6-11 wednesday Trained legs, hamstrings, calves , outer thigh and some light shoulder work.


                                Some unexpected growth considering some of my days have been half eating and last week and a half no upper body training just legs. Chest was nearly 52 inches, 51 1/2 , up from 49 a few months ago after the lay off. Muscle memory but the 1/2 inch is new size. Legs were a little over 28 inches before training. Up from 27. 1/2 inch of it is new size. Abs were visibile again which they havent been in a while. So look to be pretty solid in the 220 range now.

                                After 6 months of on and off training I expected it to take longer to get back. Ran test at 900 mgs for last 2 months, almost done now, and some on and off liquid dbol. Taking prescription anti inflammatories for the joints and elbow tendon. See how it feels next week.

                                Also Ive decided to completely change my training. Back to an old style I used to train with my uncle when I was in my late teens. Very little rest between sets, almost continuous, with super setting various exercises together. Will have to build endurance back, but I think with my slower metabolism this lighter quicker style of training can work. Maybe finish in an hour or a little over. Rather then 3-6 hour sessions with long rest periods and massive volume. Need to try something new.
