I am getting back into training big just started a thread today my elbows giving me hella problems, coming off tearing my left pectoral, popped some veins in my hips squatting the other day. Sometimes you just need those off days like you said restart those batteries

Its been ALOT of back and forth shit since then. In late 2004 I was out of comission for 2 years and lost it all. Went down to 155 lbs. Couldnt train for 2 years so stopped eating. I only eat for results.
Right now Im still training but havent posted in here. It encourages too much aggression in the gym. Get too violent. So Im trying to back off and experiment more. Its all very instinctual now. Im fucking torn up right now so the sessions cant match what I used to post up in here. Not until I find my way back into the shit.
I fucked with my HOP elbow wraps yesterday. Usually they are way too tight for me to get them on and very painful to even wear, let alone use. Which is fine if they dont damage anything.
I was using 225 in my benching for high reps and only 225 on smith inclines for high reps. Then hammer strength inclines pretty heavy. With up to 400+ for reps.
Ive been training way under my strength level because of these fucked elbows and hands, wrists.
Anyone find elbow wraps make a big difference in allowing to keep training heavy?
I went much heavier then 225 yesterday. Up to 335 on smith inclines. Not that light. Though Ive lost alot of strength I was not able to fuck aroud this heavy without alot of pain, especially the next day.
Today my elbows dont feel any worse then usual. So it seems they worked. Wrapping my wrists as well.
I will swell up in a few months however and they wont fit. The next size up was too big and there was no middle size. Ordering online for this type of thing is a bitch. Not sure where else to get them

welcome back you big son of a bitch, good to see you still killing it an going at it. I know when wrap my wrist takes a lot pressure off an feel more stable when I lift but lost my wraps so have to buy new ones this month.

Gets expensive. My elbow wraps were 60 bucks and didnt get to use them much since they were very tight from the beginning. Soon they wont fit. Not sure if they can be stretched
The animal wrist wraps that I picked up seem to provide minimal support. I wanted something that would keep the wrists straight no matter what.
Ive continued training just stopped posting sessions for a while. I am bad enough with restraint when it comes to training heavy, high volume and intensity.
I will post the occasional worthwhile session and some update pictures later this year when I put on some new size. Which I expect to in the coming months

I really have nothing new to contribute which bores me. My best training was a few years ago but not now. Best as far as throwing around heavy weights for a shitload of volume. Now its more bodybuilding style for the results to gain size. It is also very unpredictable with all these injuries. So my focus now is just to gain size. Im looking to get larger each year at peak times. Then will lose some size and come back a little larger each time. That way progress still moves forward
Since I dont talk to anyone that opportunity has never come up. I rip music off the net so I dont know anything about it aside from how it sounds. If it feeds my rage then its good
