An ideal leg day would be a back day, or possibly even a chest day, or maybe even better, the day I die.

That one was right around 3 1/2 hours. Usually I dont keep track but yesterday I went in at 1pm and left around 4:30.

My old back sessions were 5-8 hours but included alot of deadlifting with long rest periods between sets.

          • 3-02-09 Thursday Chest, Shoulders, Abs (15 mins cardio)

            KILLED THAT SHIT

Broke into the 40 rep range with 225. Hitting 225 for 41 reps on flat bench. Three rep PR.

500 mils of caffiene between the anabolic super fuel, followed by a speedstack.

This is my 5th day at 50mg daily of dbol. Already I am a little heavier and shoulders, traps, chest appear much more blown up.

I hit a current weight record at 197 lbs bodyweight. One small meal prior and water. Heaviest Ive been at gym in over 4 years though.

Felt like I could have repped 300lbs on bench press all day long today. Even after nine sets I felt no end in sight. Eventually after 16 sets of flat bench, 15 to failure I moved onto something else. Because of the water Im holding my endurance has already shot up.

Trained a little over 5 hours today and couldve kept going. Gotta fuckin eat though. We will see where Im at by the end of my cycle. Around the 26th. Maybe hit 50 reps with 225 and hopefully get my 315 strength back up. Size is my main focus now.

My usual spotter could not make it in today. So I had to get random spots. Which is never the best thing.

            :

(197 lbs after meal and water. Heaviest in 4 years)

            Flat Bench Press:

            315x2 1/2
315x2 (these were the only full lockout sets, 315, but new spotter messing me up)
300x5 (startin to get more ballistic)
            300x9 3/4 (Recent PR I think)
            300x8 3/4

And incredible strength with the four-plate benching. Fantastic!

Appreciate that shit! Might be hittin 50 reps soon. Im not sure yet how I will direct the training. The high reps with 225 and 275 definately take away from the 300lb sets. I dont care too much cuz Im just trying to tear up the muscle now and grow. If I can hit 315 for 12 after those two prior sets then my strength would have increased. Even if I can get more reps with 315 by doing less work prior.
