        Once a week Ill train with someone for chest usually. On the day I got 41 reps with 225, that was just random spotters all through out. Often I have to fight with them on those days.

        Sometimes I will train with someone on my incline days too. When I can. It makes a big difference for getting those extra reps. Its pretty critical for me to progress on the benches.

          • 4-06-09 Monday Back (15 mins cardio)

            GRILLED THAT SHIT

            5 hour routine today, taking my time. Definately strained various things in my back. Luckily didnt rip anything. Hit a PR with the 180 dumbbell rows for 20 rep. Pulled some shit out by that point in my lower back, glute. So decided to move onto more upper back focused shit. I was tempted to fuck with the 210lb dumbbell rows, but better I switched off. Using the custom DB handle of course.

            Also my heaviest on the gym scale in 4+ years. Figured out a new trick to boost my weight gainer shake to 1500 calories. Fuckin peanut butter! Shit tastes good too.

            Current recipe is 4 scoops cytogainer, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 16 oz milk, 4 tablespoons peanut butter. This is around 1500 calories, 84 grams of protein. Never did believe that shit about the body only processing 30 grams at a time. I believe that shit is time released. FUCK ALL WHO DISAGREE:

            (198lbs after one meal and water from gym)

                            yea the body fuckin remembers. I was out 2 years, lost 50lbs of muscle, and shit came back much faster then initially.

                            You look to have real thick ,strong bone structure, tendons.

                            Me I got tiny fuckin bones.
