That was back in 2003. I was 185 in the deadlifting pictures. Not my largest, but I was strongest in deadlifting at that time. At my largest I did no deadlifts whatsoever. Due to all my injuries accumulating at the time.
That picture was just edited in photoshop, the text.
My heaviest weight was 205lbs. I was holding 10lbs of water from the M1T though. My strongest and largest measurements were at 195-200lbs. This was late 2004 before I had to take the lay off. Many attempts to return but kept reinjuring myself consistantly since I could not back off.
At 195-200lbs some of my main measurements were:
18 3/4 arms
49 inch chest
26 inch quad
Best lifts were:
Flat Bench Press: 400x1, 315x12, 365x3 1/2
Incline Bench Press: Max over 380lbs
Lat Pulldowns with 345 for 17 reps
Preacher curls short of full range with 200lbs
Barbell Cheat Curls: 205x3, 185x9
In the deadlifting days, 2003, at 185, best stats:
17 3/4 arms
48 inch chest (I believe)
730lb Beast Lift of the lowest setting in power rack (deadlift with bar behind the legs)
590lb beast lift off the floor
505lb standard deadlift from floor
My measurements and strength have always been way above my body weight. Get guessed generally between 220-240 when at that size
My bodyweight is close now to my heaviest, and most measurements seem to be close to back, but not quite yet. Hopefully by the end of this year

Prior to the M1T I had made all my gains off of shit you could get at nutrition stores, just training and eating. Most of the products I used were garbage and a few would give a slight edge. Creatine was always the best. And of course stimulants like ephedrine for training intensity, never hurt.
I nearly doubled my bodyweight just training that way (within about 10 years straight training, at that time. Started at 14, 24 at my peak, and 28 now and almost back). The last few months before I had to lay off for a few years (two ruptured disks training), thats when I did the M1T on and off at a very low dose. I was down to one 5mg pill every other day. That shit was potent. My arms went from 17 3/4 to 18 3/4 (over 19 pumped). Bench went from 370 to 400, 315 for 7, to 315 for 12, etc. Within a matter of maybe 3-5 months. It was crazy cuz prior I had been at a four year size plateau basically. That ended within months of that toxic shit. Lots of fucking side effects but great results.
Ive since done real AAS (since june), and the M1t is still stronger then any of the low dose AAS Ive run so far. Much.
It gave me a fucking great final boost before I KILLED my shit though.

This isn't M1T, but it is probably the closest OTC thing to it that is legal right now. Keyword: legal.

Appreciate the information. I was out of it for 4-5 years. As far as supplements.
Ive heard of Mdrol. Have you had good results with it? I was considering it. I wouldnt do any PCT most likely.

4-9-09 Chest and Shoulders

Around 5 hours.
Lower back still somewhat strained from those DB rows.
Hit some PR's today with 225 for 42 and 275 for 21 on flat bench. Didnt eat prior to training, like usual, so by the end I was ready to get the fuck out and eat. I KILLED my targets so I was good to go.
Also completed 5x5 routine and more with 315. I had never completed the 5x5 with 310 recently, due to problems with benching and my back. So now that Ive gotten a strength boost I skipped over right to 315 and destroyed that shit. Eight sets and more then 5 reps.
Took two scoops super pump 250 and then followed it with a redline after my first 315 set.
Dbol has put water in muscle so giving me those extra reps now. We will see where I am at by the end of my cycle, 26th or so. Then see how much of it I keep when I go off. I think I should atleast be able to hit 205-210 on empty stomach, but its hard to say.
Will likely not be training on saturday and sunday so need to cram the rest in tommorrow. I will probably do legs with back on monday, and hit it twice next week to make up for it.
