Left wrist strain is strong today, so was very limited for back work. Kept it very light. Was basically like not training back at all. Was able to do some shoulder presses but kept volume low to give joints a rest. :

Wrist very beat up today. Wanted to get some blood in my traps mainly. Side delts appear to have lost alot of size since I stopped laterals and traps have lost a massive amount of size since I stopped training them directly or hitting heavy db laterals. Strains prevented me from being able to hit them hard. I kept it light today to see if I can re introduce these again. Biceps was only a few sets due to wrist strain.
I will attempt a full arm session on sunday most likely, depending:

Hey Beast, I'm sorry to read about your digestion problems. Have you ever given probiotics, or digestive enzymes like hcl a go? Also, what really helps me is fermented veggies like sauerkraut and kimchi. Really helps me eat more with no GI issues.
I tried probiotics breifly and they may have helped with quicker digestion. My issues are mainly contraction related. With the way the intestines move the food. And now really bad acid and some throat tightness that Ive had for months. Constant gag type sensation, dry cough etc. It doesnt effect me when I eat, but shit doesnt seem to go all the way down for a while. If I try to force to much food down it is like a suffocation type feeling, and then wake up in middle of the night with breathing interruptions and fucks with my mind. Sometimes skip sleep. It happens even on light eating days too sometimes though, so right now I dont know what the issue is. Ive just been forcing down what I can for now and dealing with the conseqences.
I take a fiber supplement. Bioslife that has worked well for me for some years now. Allows me to eat more. Luckily my metabolism is much slower now, so for me to make gains I dont need 6000+ calories like I did in the past. I can still gain on 200 grams of protein daily and 3500-4000 calorie range. I dont count calories anymore, so just an estimate.
Ive never really eaten vegetables. Im planning to add them in very soon. As I will be starting actual cooking within the next few months. As opposed to foreman grill, microwave , boiling water and non cook type foods that Ive always used. Will have to try some of those as well

I think eating a couple or three forkfuls of sauerkraut before meals will help. However, from what you've described, I'd see a physician. In the past, I've relied on shakes for the extra calories with olive oil mixed in. Good luck with this and keep the inspirational training coming.

My nerves are just fucked up from the way I am wired. My mind is a constant warzone, extreme intensity and never relents. So internal damage is normal.
I used to drink 2600 calorie shakes with 100+ grams of protein, then eat an hour later. Now it would take me more then a day just to digest a shake like that. My diet now has been all solid foods for a while now. Sometimes soymilk
so I had to wait for 1min and 10secs for something to happen...

I will try to hit some more records next week on the hammer strength shoulder presses and inclines. Im not really sure what my records are on a plate loaded shoulder press. Since back in 2004 I remember a cybex plate loaded shoulder press where I was able to hit 6 plates a side for reps. And pretty sure it was a front shoulder machine and not inclines. This was right before I took myself out for 2 years. I havent done direct shoulder presses in a while, so I should be good for some records in the coming weeks. Incline strength is still coming up regularly as well. Eventually I will be torn to shit and then either lighten it up for some weeks, or take a week or two off to regenerate my tendons somewhat. Then at some point in the year I will hit new size and strength peaks. Then lose size and strength again and repeat. With this type of training I cant be at my best always, but my smaller phase becomes bigger and stronger each year. Since I train primarily as a form of exorcism and to tear myself apart and secondary for the results. Then when I grow and get stronger I hit new records

I would warmly suggest slow cadence reps, super controled reps,but i guess it's not your kind of thing
