Back in the fuckin seventies before my injuries I used to train 7-8 hour sessions on an empty stomach. Mainly so the food didnt come back up. Id get in a granola bar during the workouts sometimes.
Occasionally Ill eat a regular meal an hour or two before training now.

Yea didnt fuck with the heavy barbell curls today. Most of the sets were 20 reps, some 30.
The M1t was some toxic shit but it was fucking potent at low doses for me. Rediculous gains at the time. That was 4-5 years ago tho. I lost 50lbs of muscle after my injuries.
Got most of it back now finally.

4-13-09 Monday Back (15 mins cardio)
Weak, low volume day. Was real light headed throughout. Almost about to pass out on some sets. I was at my heaviest though on the gym scale in a long time. Around 199lbs after just a little rice.
Should be strong on the flat bench thursday though, with all the extra body weight. Left arm is almost at 18 1/2 inches, (18 3/8) but its nothing new, since Ive had this measurement prior to the dbols recently. Thirteen days left to see what happens. Definately strength increases on the bench and body weight increase but Id like to see more size increase by the end. :

Ive been up to 345x17 4-5 years ago on lat pulldowns. Different gym though. The stack was 300 plus a plate pinned on. Its good to be hittin that shit again though regardless. I dont take it for granted. I was out for 2 long fucking years when I ruptured those disks. Over 2 years later and Im almost back to where I was, size wise.

Yea Im waitin to see that session myself. I have 13 more days left to make these orals count. Hopefully keep most of my gains, and make some more upward gains in the coming months while "clean".
So these next two chest sessions are going to be important. Im on my way towards 50 with the 225 and 30 with 275. So if I can get around 45 reps with 225 in the next few weeks that would be nice. Maybe 25 with the 275. If not, maybe some current records with the 315.
