(2 slices banana bread) (8)10 egg whites with
cheese and bag of rice for first meal, (91)(21
oz soymilk) (107)2 bagels with cream cheese
second meal,(127)(21 oz soymilk) (143)10 egg
whites with cheese and bag of rice for third

Considered getting in one more meal to make it an even 400 protein but opted to hit the buffet later for a larger meal instead, which will be counted towards Sundays meals.

Bodyweight was around 225 lbs after the days meals and liquids, clothed. As mentioned have been taking in alot more liquid.

            Nice eating and great results!!!
Does the cheese and cream cheeses upset your stomach with you being lactose intolerant? I am also lactose intolerant, but I can drink that Lactaid shit with no issues.

It doesnt seem to cause a problem. Regular milk definately will though. Lactaid milk is no problem.

                    • Legs, hamstrings, calves

Major acid in throat today causing throat constriction, some breathing issues during sets. Knees pretty beat up prior, right knee had some pain just walking before session.

Left side of neck still slightly pulled out into left shoulder.

Leg session got moved over to this week due to gym being closed yesterday.

Not too heavy, or too much volume. Just some main sets

                        • Just to put my diet in perspective. I had some off days, so for the week my protein daily average was only 203 grams. So despite a 340 protein day there was also 165,125,190,203, etc. Just to keep things in perspective.

I attribute the lack of consistancy mainly to exhaustion. Once I pass out Im in a coma for a while. My energy levels are complete shit. When Im training its on stims, which dont really do much for me anymore, but with the mindset it works. Staying up normal hours is very difficult, as is staying awake for long.

I tend to put off eating since I fucking despise it, and then I waited too long and Im out.

I will try to cram down a higher consistant amount of food going forward.

                          • Looking thick and large, especially in the trap/delt region. Your leg press workouts are what impress me the most. I notice you favor very high reps with leg presses. What do you think your results would be with going higher in weight, but really pushing it to achieve only 12-15 reps for 3-5 sets??

As always, it's refreshing to hear your updates. Keeping it real... Thank you, man.

You are one of the few who make it worthwhile to keep this shit alive. As always it is much appreciated. You understand why I do this.

Appreciate that shit. My traps really took a hit since I havent done direct work for them in a LONG time. They used to be one of my best bodyparts, dwarfing everything else. Now whenever I try to get blood in my traps it goes into my neck and causes a pulled out neck and shoulder pain. Still I try to do what I can for them, with dumbbell laterals mainly (in my own form).

The reason you see very high reps dominate most of my training now, is a strength issue. From all the brutal trianing my muscle endurance got very high as well. The problem I ran into as I got stronger, was that the muscle got way stronger then the connecting tendons (the weak links). So although I can push past physical boundaries mentally, my body will break. In order for me to get into low rep ranges on just about any exercise, means going extremely heavy.

I tried this with back a while ago and felt and heard a pop in my biceps tendons. Loading 7 plates on rowing machines. I would row 5 plates for maybe 30 reps (450) on iso low rows at the time. And did 360 for 100 reps , rest pause style.

So its a mix of muscle endurance and avoiding injury. Ive done 1200 for 24 in the past on leg presses, however the pressure on my shins was immense. So I try to just rep out with 800 and not go beyond that for now.

Thats why you see me do alot of pre exhaustion and techniques to make weights feel heavier, while still tearing up the muscle, and all the high reps. The high reps became somewhat of a habit back in my heavier benching days. Where I started taking my 225 warm up to failure to see what I could hit, then went up the pyramid repping every set to failure. It wasnt ideal for hitting records with the heavier weights but I got stronger in the full spectrum of rep ranges.

At this point if I push my strength into the 12 rep range or especially 6-8 I will most likely break something. I did it a few months ago on the hammer strength machines, but right now my shoulders have alot of pain if I go heavier, and chest is real tender like its always cramping, and everything is just beat up and needs healing time. I cant even thnk of pressing 580 now on any machines. 410 feels heavy on my joints currently.

So now Im more focused on records. I am out of the progressive resistance phase in my training. If I try to beat many of my records, even with high reps, I will likely fuck something up. So I more want to tear my shit up and grow these days. Dont get me wrong, I still have that addiction to progress and I will try to push those limits when my body feels ready (maybe even when it doesnt) but thats not the best way for me to continue, not if I want to last without more major setbacks
