same old same old. My strength has gone down quite a bit and i work out usually only once a week, too busy for anything else.
I've upped the volume since I only get one workout in each week, and like you do drop sets and reverse drop sets.
I usually drop it or bring it up 6 times and only pick 1 exercise per bodypart and switch it up.
Hardly ideal for the time being, but at least it is letting old injuries heal.

Yea the drop and reverse dropsets speed up the routine too. I like them mostly for triceps and shoulders lately. Also allows me to get in up to twice the amount of sets I normally would going heavier with longer rests. I like to mix dropsets with heavy straight sets too.
Sometimes that time off is good. Lets some injuries heal. Might take some time to get back, but you can end up coming back stronger with the extra healing.

4-20-09 Monday Back,Traps,Abs (10 mins cardio)
Chin ups have been weak lately. Maybe its the added 5-10lbs bodyweight. Not sure. KILLED the lat pulldowns for first time in a while though. My best was 345x17 (300 +45lb plate) in the past on these, but it felt good to go heavy again on these.
Also I decided to start hitting my traps again with back. I havent been doing any direct work for them lately. Rarely. I need that direct work to really build them like before though. Was avoiding it cuz of the pressure it puts on the spine. Now with all the shit Im killing though, they dont seem to affect me any more then the other shit I do.
Will take my fuckin two day vacation now. Need that shit. Plan to go on a fucking rampage thursday with flat benching. Have plans to KILL alot of shit on that day. Its my last chest session on the dbols. Plan to make it count. Since I dont know if strength and size will decline afterwards. :

Appreciate that shit!!
Yea I usually take tues and weds off to recover. Train 4-5 days a week. So some weeks , 3 days off. Have to feel it out. Just focus on eating all day and resting on those days. My sessions are high volume and very long, intense, so alot gets done. My back and chest sessions have been 5 hours each on average lately, then hit chest again with delts (upper chest) on sunday usually. The only session that is under 3 hours is probably legs.
Though Im considering training legs twice a week. Not sure if Ill start that this week though. If I do, then I might train tues or weds. Will feel it out.
When I started I estimate I was around 105-115lbs at age 14. If that. I couldnt bench press the 45lb bar without assistance the whole way through.
Because of my rage and adrenaline and fucked up mindset, I became super strong though within a short period, racking all machines for reps within a few years. Still light though, 130-140 lbs. Strength has always been my main attribute because of this, and the brutal non-stop training since the beginning.
Any little gain in size (or just holding some water) gives me huge strength increases. Right now my main focus is size though, but Im always aiming for records on nearly every set.
I was a bone in the beginning though. Didnt believe in eating.
Even when I was injured I only ate maybe once a day if that. Dont give a fuck about food unless Im training. Then force feed constantly. My nerves are shot, stomach fucked up,so eating is similiar to suffocation at times. Must be done though

150 for 4 aint bad at all
Definately gettin up there!
If I decide to get too fired up on these, could end up throwing out my back, so im trying to hold back somewhat.
Im thinking since preachers put way too much strain on my biceps tendons these days, that heavy barbell curls might be a good alternative. They are alot less strict but Ive been feeling more bicep tension from these, then with the dumbbells lately.
