                            I would like to see it myself. I never get to view my lifts. Fuckin sucks. I havent figured out yet how to record the shit and I dont have money now.

                            Those are target lifts. I came close today. The 275 I hit for 25, 225 for 48 1/2, 315x11 1/2, 185x60. I was torn to shit though. Ill post it up shortly

                              • 4-23-09 Thursday Chest and Abs (10 mins cardio)

                                KILLED SOME SHIT

                                Not quite the MASSACRE I had envisioned today. A few PR's though. Also my heaviest weight on gym scale , 202lbs on little rice and three shits.

                                Ive been hitting around 208+ on my homescale fully fed. However last night, while I did KILL the buffet for first meal, I only had a shake for the rest of the day. So I couldve came in heavier.

                                The thing that held me back today, was my explosiveness was not like usual. Every rep was painful today. Due to my shoulders and chest being very torn up and sore. Even in the beginning with 135. So I could not go super ballistic today. Considering it was good to advance in some areas.

                                Lower volume today and excluded shoulders. Lower volume on chest due to how torn up my shit was, and not looking to rip the tendons.

                                Excluded shoulders partly because of how torn up they are, but also because Im going tonight to get update pictures taken for my end of cycle, and charting measurements. I will hit them on sunday anyway with upper chest.

                                I will post the updates possibly tonight, the new picts. Ive gained about 10lbs this month. How much of it stays when I go off is another issue, but ill keep updated. I ran 50mg dbol for about 26 days.
