      • Form on Db curls is on point imo. I used to do SUPER FUCKING HEAVY (90s for 10s when I was 220
        0 db curls. all they did was fuck up my ligaments hard. So sore. I said fuck that bullshit. Dropset db curls (40s at heaviest for as many reps as possible til I reach the 1s ) lit me up. Also drop set side laterals pump so much blood ur delts have to grow....35x10, 25x10,15sx10 then no weight x as many as u can do....reps and pumps are the way to go just dont go PANSY.....if u can do 50 reps its too light IMO. heavy enough to fail at 40ish is cool...but again we are both so advanced that our fail at 40 reps is most people's fail at 10.

          Nice. Keep throwin logs in the fucking fire and I may have to throw up the 125s. Yea, Im trying to avoid getting wild with that shit again. I know I can do it again but I get nothing from it except a minute of fun. Luckily it was only a few sets. In the past I would throw heavier weights around for many more reps and it was a shitload of heavy sets.

          Still it is not needed but I have to enjoy myself when Im training. If I get more wreckless then Ill hit some 90s or 100s again but it would be better if I focused on pump like you said, at this stage.

          I do similiar to what you said. Dumbbell lateral dropsets and also supersets with various curls and drop sets with the alt db curls as well.

          Going super slow motion with a pair of 60s isnt too bad either. Im finding ways to really tear shit up without getting wild. Of course in my mind, if Im doing 60s Im doing 80s, if Im doing 80s im doing 100s, etc. Cuz I think 20 lbs is fucking nothing in my mind. So there is no limit with that thought process. I will mostly keep shit focused on pump and growth for now I think, but I will have to throw in several sets with each session to enjoy myself.

          Yea the 12-15 reps and all these bullshit standards have zero application once you reach a certain level. I recently hit 110 reps with the 200 lbs stack on tricep pressdowns and could have rest paused more. Humans cant fucking comprehend the mind and intensity of fucking beasts.

              Pro- bodybuilder esque size and shape is A LOT more about genetics and drug combinations + eating. I love Branch Warren and how he trains. Ronnie too. I switched a lot to hammer curls too when my elbowligament would flare...or bicep on the other side of the elbow. Right there in that notch would fuckin kill.

                Strong as fuck brother. Its definately mostly pharmaceutical and food related once you already have an extreme intensity. I know if I used more of both food and anabolics my size and strength would be exponentially better. I dont need to go crazy with that shit because it really only lasts for aslong as you stay on the shit. I find that muscle I built without drugs seems to stay when I eat and train right. Hate to be reliant on anything. I have no problem with slow progress since Ive always done this shit the hard way.

                I never gave a fuck what anyone had to say. I was never looking for advice. I just like that I can now provide some context to my journal for those that get something from it. I know text is boring. Like I said though I appreciate you and the few others who had faith in my text before I provided video. I would never do it to prove anything, and I never did, cuz I dont give a fuck about that shit. We do this shit every day. Its normal. Im glad that I ended up with the tech to do it though. Before its too late to get anything on video. It wouldve been better to get video 4 years ago or 10 years ago, but atleast it brings some life and intensity to the journal. The main purpose is for my own reflection and records.

                Extreme strength though. Appreciate the fire brother

                  Its the only way I can live with myself. Have to fucking anihilate myself in the gym. Thats the fun part for me. The pain and eating not so much.

                  Yea its a fucking disgrace. Talking on thier cellphones and shit. Weak all around pieces of shit. Im in florida. If I wasnt able to zone out and get that severe tunnel vision it would end up being the site of a massacre. Lately Ive been struggling to keep that rage targeted on the weights. This insatiable blood lust has come over me stronger lately. Hatred has peaked. Tearing people open would help but Ive tried to keep that at bay through training. Its good that people get the message and fuck off though.

                  • ^^ lol, awesome man.. yeah, definitely stay focused on the weights... I have a bunch of friends in Pensacola, they've all went pretty far in MMA shit... I need to get that way to watch some of their fights.. Love the beach, so much nicer than where I live lol

                      • Took my painkillers. Forcing down a bag of shrimp. Collarbone and every joint in my body aches. Strong hand numbness as usual. Stiff fucking back and neck. Shoulders especially aching.

                        Will try to hit some back and shoulders with some restraint. Cant say til I start killin shit what will go down. Some light work with held contractions would be optimal for my longetivity but thats no fun. Ill see how shit feels though

                              Nice. I get the pre cooked version. You just take off the tails. I just put some lemon juice on it. I dont like it but its very easy to get down. Doesnt require alot of chewing. Your method sounds much better but I hate to prepare anything. Just moving around I feel like a little man inside of a big machine , moving the arms individually. Knocking shit over. Everything hurts, stiff and rigid as fuck. The training drains any little bit of life that I may have.

                              Just took my stims. Ill likely forget about the pain Im in now, once I start the routine, but Im not sure if it will be as heavy as the previous weeks (which were light compared to my past routines)

                                Get these... Bout 5 bucks. Bag is 100 gm protein, get some tortillas and cheese... Pretty easy.. and the chicken is soft. Only takes 5 min in microwave
