      Woke up stiff as hell. Collarbone, all joints, back, etc. Kept it light today. Wasnt too bad once I was warmed up, but shoulders and wrists were very tight.

      One of my fingers had some strain , in the front of the wrist area from gripping the lat pulldowns. Which happens sometimes. So didnt go heavy today.

            I rarely ever pre prepare meals. It would be good to do though.

                  Hell ya! Glad to see your still your old self. Tougher and tougher for me to stay motivated and driven the older I get. This week I was super tired and no appetite, lots of force feeding at the office and shakes at home. Is wht it is! Much easier to maintain 265 than 295 an I can breathe lol

                  How's your health?? Feelin ok besides the pain?

                  I feel like if you've been there a few dozen times and you've got the pictures than what the fuck lol

                      Impressive as hell mass youve accumulated and maintained. I know what you mean about not giving a fuck after a certain point. After nearly 20 years of this shit I really dont have anything left to prove to myself. The only real reward is more health issues. Still the vent is like nothing else. In order to get that vent requires the size and strength and progression to keep shit rollin. Without it my mind is completely insane.

                      I severely lack motivation for the mass food consumption. Always hated that shit, but now with all this throat constriction, acid, gagging its been much more undesirable and difficult to keep shit down. Digestion has always been fucked up but the weird shit with my throat has made it more challenging definately. Not sure if the tramadol brought it on or if its the weight around my gut pushing on organs, or just general mass. Though when ive lightened up I felt no change.

                      The combination of all the strains, hand numbness for 3 years and extreme exhaustion, plus the gagging and choking food down has been a bad combination. So I definately have periods where I say FUCK THAT SHIT. Sometimes ill back off for a month or several. I try to hit new size records yearly before backing down and taking breaks.

                      Definately feel like shit overall. Has been more issues each year for the last few years. These demons wont be done with this body though until the shit is destroyed

                        Love to train brutal but unfortunately most of the process isnt training. And the super heavy shit is something I cant do consistantly if I want to continue at this point. Which makes shit more boring to me. So the satisfaction at this point is very little. Even if I add a few inches to my arms and chest I dont give a fuck anymore like I once did.                             Im assuming by pharma you mean the tramadol. I use very low dose. Only 100 mg daily on most days. On some heavier training days 150. But really I have no fucking idea what it does to the body. If you go online you just see junkies taking 1000 mgs or more daily. Very difficult to get legit info.

                            As far as hormones its still been very moderate and mostly off for me. So it makes it more of a challenge to bring size to another level, but since Im not reliant I tend to keep most of my size and strength when off.

                            Sleep has also been fucked up. When I wake up its usually like I had no rest. I wake up exhausted. Sometimes I cant stay up and fucking pass out moments after waking. Its a vicious cycle. So there are many bad things going on with my health that make the process a hell of alot more brutal than its ever been. I grind through shit but when your body systems start to shut down you can only do so much. It definately gets fucking old when dealing with all these other obstacles ontop of the brutal training and other rituals involved.

                            Maybe pro biotics would help. I never really used them.

                              I had the same issues with sleep and pituitary function and that's when I decided to focus more on general health through, alkalynity, anti oxi and pro bio among other things

                                Nice. I tried melatonin before bed but never the others. Strange thing is that I can sleep very long often times. I did have a fucking weird issue for some weeks where I could not sleep more than 30 mins. Never figured it out. Thought maybe it was fear of sleep because of suffocation like issues. Not sure what the fuck it was though. Maybe some side effects from the tramadol back then. That cleared up though. My mind is fucking dark as fuck too so I know that all that mental noise and bleak outlook makes shit worse all around. Thats always been normal for me though. When you add in so many factors its very difficult to narrow anything down. So I just deal with shit.

                                Ill have to try some of that shit though. Maybe it would make a difference. Like I said, I really dont know what the cause of most of my issues is. When I get medically tested shit usually comes up pretty clean and I have no answers. I only know that I used to think I felt like shit, but now I would love to feel like that again.

                                I got a sleep test done but laid awake for 8 hours. So that defeated the purpose. Can never do shit on someone elses schedule. I never sleep at the same times. Im lucky to stay awake for a few hours on some days. In the past I stayed up for days, not anymore.


                                Have you had any carpal tunnel or major joint issues? Hand numbness or bad acid issues?
