    • Can you pin weight to your leg ext?

      My brother and i were upset to find that all the machines at the new gym we joined up at were operated via switch.

          Switch? How does that work? You input a number or some shit?

          Unfortunately the leg extension machine has a plastic guard on the sides of the stack. Even if I broke the side of the machine off, it uses a flat pin, so it wouldnt work

          • 5-6-09 Wednesday (30 mins cardio)

            Wanted to weigh myself today after eating a large meal. Got in some cardio. Trying to keep my gains fairly lean.

            I ate a large container of mixed fruit, 12 oatmeal cookies, then 16 slices of pizza at a buffet for my first meal. I wasnt as heavy as expected, but still heaviest ive been on that scale.

            Still got alot more eating to do by the end of the day though.

            Tommorrow I will be hitting inclines but may need to get random spotters. Lower back strain feels better after the cardio, so will see if its still strained tommorrow.

            Will try to come in heavy tommorrow as well. Mainly just need to maintain current size til the 25th when I hit the super drol. Main focus now is strength increases until then:

            (204 lbs after 16 slices of pizza, 12 oatmeal cookies, large container of mixed fruit and one shit)

            (30 mins cardio)

              Shitty. Its just a little plastic switch to select your weight, Im sure theres some internal mechanism I dont understand. Could always work up to the stack one legged! Ill Race you there?

              • Nice work. Had to laugh at the weight after all that food and 1 shit though. I'm very jealous actually of all that food. Celiac disease fucking sucks...

                    One legged feels awkward for me. Could try it but there is also two other leg extension machines at my gym. Could try those too. One is plate loaded I believe.

                      Personally I hate eating overall. My intestines are pretty fucked up but Im sure it must be tough to be limited to certain foods. Seems like youve overcome that shit though!

                          Taking today off and possibly next few days to recover. Will try for a chest session on sunday to atleast maintain, maybe even fit legs in on that day if possible.

                          Got to feel it out. Should heal with rest like usual

                              I'm picturing you doing some KILL THAT SHIT brand of rest and recovery. Like a pro wrestler from the top ring straight onto your bed. HIGH INTENSITY SLEEP! Setting the alarm for 4 a.m. to get a protein shake in and then straight back to REST AND RECOVERY!!!
