      Yea, this is routine for me. Strains. I push myself as far as I can without breaking shit. When I survive a routine Im sometimes surprised. My back is already fucked up from ruptured disks so I am always strained. Its a matter of managing the degree of strain. When it gets to a certain point Ill back off a little.

      I dont use alarms but I will just wake up every few hours to eat. Rest of the time is basically in a coma. This is how I "regenerate" the quickest.
      Usually within a few days Im ready to KILL it full intensity again. If its a pinched nerve then it can take longer. Often Ill hit the buffet and consume enough food to last over 6 hours. Store it like a snake

        Trying to push my limits without taking myself out again. I took myself out of training for 2 years by rupturing disks in my spine, between scalpula. Training brutal, super heavy and ignoring pain (up to 8 hour sessions).

        So this time Im adapting training more. More of a focus on building size and lasting this time.

        Will check out that journal.

            Yea I have serious fuckin problems with not KILLING THAT SHIT. If I feel I havent pushed myself to the absolute limit, just short of injury, it stirs up real violent emotions and pisses me off. In order for it to be an effective vent for me, it has to be all out brutality every session. I need that fucking vent. I do it for that, more so then for the results. To silence some of the demons and exhaust myself. Method of self control to some extent.

            You have some crazy endurance. I can lift weights all day, heavy, but when it comes to moving quick, running, and that type of endurance Im like a tank. Have to make wide turns and shit, Im so stiff these days. All twisted and uneven. haha

            • Taking my stimulants right now (anabolic super fuel). Gonna launch some type of fuckin assault on some musculature. Not completely recovered but the strain is down enough for me to go KILL again. Atleast in my mind. Cant take too much time off without losing my fucking mind.

              Im thinking chest day will be today. We will see. I will also try and make up for some of what I missed. Maybe arms, delts. We will see.

              Wasnt planning to KILL weights today so already ate 15 slices of pizza. Will definately be choking on some stomach acids today. Cant wait

                    NO REST FOR THE WICKED

                    My back was strained a few days ago. Most likely from those heavy barbell shrugs to finish off the back session, among other things. Back was strained still when I woke up. I ate and slept on and off since. Back felt recovered enough. So I went in and KILLED inclines.

                    I kept the volume lower today, only about half the sets for chest. Not because of my back. Its due to possible bone, rib pain. Not sure. Feels like I get hit by a truck on one side of my upper chest. Probably from bouncing and grinding the bar off of my chest during bench. I do enjoy that.

                    Might be muscle related too. So I switched to incline smith which wasnt as bad on that area.

                    Regardless I hit numerous records on incline. So that worked out well. Good to be making strength increases and atleast maintaining size while off the dianabol. Should be able to make progress while off and start the super drol at a good level soon.

                    Lots of acid indigestion from eating 15 slices of pizza plus stimulant cocktail before gym. Wasnt expecting to train , so I ate prior.

                          Ive tried glucosamine/chrondoitin in the past, triple strength for months. Never noticed anything. Deca seemed to help somewhat. They might be torn beyond repair. Could try some different shit though. Any suggestions?

                              Some ideas are Animal Flex, which has the glucosamine but also some EFA's in it too. Bromelain is also great and aids in digestion as well. Someone I knew had shoulder surgery and said that he recovered faster because of the Bromelain. He's also a physical therapist so he knows his shit. Cissus has become a big joint supplement as well, many people claim it helps a lot with joint pain. Check this stuff out, could be worth the shot for you.

                                I really enjoy the brutality , the satisfaction, the adrenaline rush and the vent of weight lifting. I was initially drawn to it because I was a skeleton, maybe 105, and got the shit beaten out of me, spit on for over 10 years consistantly. That instilled the drive to KILL THAT SHIT, however my intensity was always extreme. My mind has always operated in extremes. I dont have a middle ground. So its easy for me to destroy myself if I dont listen to some pain signals. The combination of my pre-existing intensity and all the other fucked up shit is what formed the foundation. Ive never been interested in competition or the sport of it at all. Just becoming a mutant, exorcising some of my demons through the weights. Results are secondary to the vent for me. Need that fuckin vent!

                                I know what you mean though. Im thankful to be back training. For a while I thought I was severely fucked. Im back now all twisted and stiff but KILLING it, and it feels fuckin good to be re-emerging. I take it day by day and hope to make it last before any more injury lay offs. Aslong as I can move Ill be KILLING it.
