Registration by Invite Only
Because of the email regisration being abused, registration will be by invitation only.

Sounds like you need to take a day or so off and let your body heal some yeah and make sure you eat I get into trouble if I don't eat lol... But you will be back to killin it in no time!!!!!!!
Yea, sometimes I got to take 3-4 days off. I strain shit consistantly. Its just part of the routine.
5-14-09 Thursday Upper Chest, Shoulders, Abs (15 mins cardio)
Due to the bone pain in my chest, I decided to hit machines today. Ill use machines until the shit heals enough, then go back to freeweight. The bar against my chest makes it worse.
Hit some PR's on the machines though, due to never doing them fresh. Got much stronger on the incline smith machine presses. Good to hit 365 for reps on that machine easily now. Shouldnt be long before repping 405 on that machine. Though Id rather focus strength on the freeweight when possible.
Those are alot of fun. I cant reccomend them though. I think they had something to do with fucking up my disks. It was a combination of extremes though. I dont think leaning backward with 730 lbs helped though

What are your goals during your superdrol cycle?
Id like to gain another 5-10 lbs atleast on the super drol, within 4 weeks. Will most likely do 30 mg daily from the start. Im not sure yet on dosage.

Yeah everybody hates on dbol only cycles but I also had great gains (that I kept) of a 3 weeker.... will do another one but throw in prop and run it for 4 weeks.

So I went about my shit, got what I could, did some pct that I got for free, but might not even work. Wasnt gonna even do that pct. It was free though, so fuck it.
And like you said. Within 3 weeks I already got all my gains. probably within a week or two. Still I did four. I might not even need 50mgs but it worked.
Expensive for me though. So superdrol will have to be sufficient this time.
At this stage, small gains are huge gains for me. Though I plan to make this version of myself look small and weak one day.
I am basically going from training over a decade in mostly a somewhat NATURAL state. Since thats what people like to call it. Mostly just health store supps and shit like that. Fucked with prohormones that didnt work until M1t. That was the end of my lifting though, back then. Before I fucked myself for a few years.
So now with using low dose AAS on and off, the difference is so huge. For someone like myself who is used to training without drugs, it is so much easier to make gains now. Even despite all my injuries and shit. There were times I fucking brutalized myself for 4 years straight, with almost no gains, size wise. Now I can gain more in a month then I did back then. When Im on some shit.
No comparison. The time has come for me to take that next step though. Ive been 14 years basically without AAS, and now Im ready to enter mutant territory.
