hey beast what are your future plans after the pherplex? being natural or what other candy are you looking to engorge?
Ever tried Anadrol? friend of mine use them for short cycles with huge success..... Im a bit of a wuss though when it comes to them I would probably get every side effect in the book if I took it

Im definately done with "natural". I did that for 14 years basically, aside from messing with M1T before the ban, then taking myself out for a few years.
I did my time and feel I reached somewhat of a natural limit long ago. Stopped growing for four years at one point basically. Also add to that all my injuries and strains.
I plan to become a mutant and that means exceeding natural boundaries. So I will be on and off of various compounds. My plan to to do very low dose, and mostly the real shit. In june I started for my first time, the real AAS in low doses on and off.
I never tried anadrol. Only dbol as far as oral AAS. Not counting internet pro steroids/hormones. 50mgs of dbol for 26 days worked very well for me. Kept all 10lbs of my size gains and great strength increases.
Im not sure whats next after the phera plex. Maybe another dbol cycle. At some point I want to run test but at atleast 600-750 mgs and see what that does.

6-08-09 Chest
Real bad day today mentally. Hit a few PR's. Mentally I was in a fucked state of mind and physically drained from lack of food previous day, and today. So I did a few sets left, came back and left again.
Tried full reps for the first time in a long time on flat bench to see what I would get. Hit PR's with that.

(204 lbs before meals. Fucked up eating on weekend, not enough food)
Flat Bench Press: (Full range reps only today)

225x33 3/4 (Alltime PR for full reps. Past best was 27)
275x18 (Alltime PR for full reps. Past best was 17)
315x5 (mentally physically drained)
Left the gym, ate something.
Came back and did:

225x20 (no spotter)
Incline Hammer Strength Machine:

Shoulder was fucking with me and my mind was fucked up. Out of it. So I left for today
