WOW looks like you are BACK!!!! and in full swing of things I love reading your workouts because I never know what to expect BUT I am always blown away and thats the way I should be and you always deliever!!!! You constantly KILL THAT SHIT I still say you should consider making a workout video and post it I think you would be surprised at the people that would gain alot of inspriation and knowledge from it. Keep it up guy!!!!
Appreciate that shit!!
Thats the nature of my training these days. Constant adaption, manipulation of the routine to keep gains and records coming. I have constant strains and injuries to work around.
I have wanted to get footage of my training for a long time now. I have a camera now. Its just a matter of getting someone to film it, and having my spotter there, for chest day atleast.
Ive been getting strains towards the elbow lately.
Seems to be mostly on the inside of the arm near the bicep tendon, where it attaches. Id say the pain is in both biceps, the whole thing to some extent. I havent trained biceps in over a month. My arms havent lost size though and hitting back hard and heavy considering.
When my traps and shoulder girdle get to tight, I feel it in the upper attachment near the shoulder. Try using a tennis ball to work out knots in your traps. It works very well, and it might help that shoulder recover too. Often times when the bicep and shoulder are hurting, its the same problem.
Turn the other cheek and I'll break your fucking chin.

I have two ruptured disks between my shoulder blades, so my upper traps are always tight. I have pain up by my shoulder into biceps also. Lay on the tennis ball and put it between my traps?
Im gonna warn you, its gonna hurt. And your probably going to feel it at the front of your shoulder, where the bicep and shoulder strains are. Youd be suprised how tight traps show up as far as strains are concerned.

My traps are probably very tight. Due to the ruptured disks and they are very dense, plus I am never relaxed and put alot of pressure on them over the years. Ill try it and see what happens
