        I respect the mentality you have had recently, you are not Killin' yourself on the inside over your injuries and you are still maintaining and building the outside and not letting it deture you.

              My mind has also been really fucked up lately. Lots of internal fucking warfare. More so then usual. I have just been KILLING the main sets and trying to get out of there. My main focus now is to train enough to make small gains , or at the least maintain until certain things improve.

                            Some low volume maintenance, training around right shoulder strain. Not eating as much as I should on some days. So bodyweight fluctuating between 200-208 weekly. :

                            (202 lbs after the nights meals, didnt sleep)

                            Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press:

                            270x31 (Recent PR)
                            360x14
                            410x10 (Done rest pause style because plate fell off)
                            450x7

                            Hammer Strength Incline Press:

                            270x28
                            360x13 (PR)

                            450x6 (PR for full reps)
