      • 6-30-09 Tuesday Triceps,Biceps,Shoulders and Abs

        Trained triceps and biceps in an alternating style today, which Ive rarely done before. First time training biceps in over 6 weeks. The strain wasnt bad today. Everything was lighter and lower volume today. Working around that shoulder strain too.

              Shoulder hasnt been feeling any better. Ill feel things out for a few more weeks and see what happens. I could always take a week off shoulder and chest training and see how it feels.
