                  • Hey guy just dropping by to say as usual your workouts are very impressive I'm still doing circuit training goin well been out a few days been a little under the weather but will be back in there hopefully tomorrow. glad to see you are still KILLIN IT like normal!!!!

                            I just got off the phera plex a few days ago, which gave me no size increases. Maybe it helped with some of my large strength increases, but I believe that was mostly on my own. Ive been making these types of increases regulary without hormones or AAS. My arm grew one line on the tape, towards the end. Its one line below 18 3/4 now, but this was the night after I trained biceps for the first time in about 2 months. I think that had something to do with it. It grew that night. I measure em multiple times a day, old habit, and this is the first time in 5 years its been in that range.

                            Once I get on some real shit again (will stay moderate to low dose), I should be able to make some nice gains. 20 inch arm shouldnt be too far off. Will be a nice place to start.

                            Ive been doing moderate AAS on and off since june of last year. Slow but steady progress, and am up about 28 lbs since. My stomach has grown a little too, but the gains have been very quality. One way I can guage that is, at 180 (right before I started the AAS) I won a bench competition benching my bodyweight for 37 reps. 180x37. Now at around 200-208 (ranges that much in one week, depending on how much I eat) Ive hit 225x55. These are not locked out, but the progress is consistant. Twenty pounds over bodyweight and Im hitting it for 18 reps more. So even my bodyweight to strength ratio has increased alot. I want absolute size and strength, not being strong in relation to bodyweight, but its a good guage I think.

                            Dont get me wrong. Strength is only a secondary goal for me now. My main focus is size. However my training is based around consistant progress. Nearly ever set I do at times, is a record attempt. I keep very detailed logs and constantly strive to hit records each workout. Its becoming more and more of a problem because my tendons cant keep up with the muscle strength at this point. So lots of strains. Machines are being overloaded with plates and still getting hit for high reps. What started as using machines for rehab, after my back injuries, has now become an abusive relationship. Its getting to the point where I might have to switch up my form, slow things down, hold contractions, because doing things in the same form is going to require rediculous amounts of weight. Every 5 lbs I gain comes with huge strength increases. So at 220 Im definately going to have to experiment with other methods as well.
