Recently it just got bad right when I went off the phera plex pills. They didnt do anything for my size, maybe some strength gains, but I noticed somewhat of a crash after going off. Doesnt seem to be coincidence

Lots of people call BULLSHIT on Walking Beasts lifts but it doesn't faze him.
I would love to see a vid of him benching 225x50, but just because he doesn't post a vid doesn't mean I don't believe him.
I think if you lie to look big or strong on a bbing forum by suggesting you complete lifts that are not to your capablility, then you are a douchebag.
I do not believe WB is a douchebag.
I think its awesome that we currently have threads in the PIT about us now though. :-)

My second week back training biceps. Seems to work well for me to train triceps and biceps by alternating between biceps and triceps movements. Maybe it warms up the biceps tendons more. I used lighter weights today on both triceps and biceps with this alternating routine. Except for the barbell curls which were heavy. Hit a PR with 135x30 on barbell curls, and 185 and 205 for some decent reps. I rarely do barbell curls because of all the bicep tendon strain, but when I can I throw them in. I dont lean back too far on these, because I dont want to get too sloppy and re injure my back.
Shoulder is still strained and will likely only effect chest training for a while. Ill see on thursday if Ill train chest.:

The 225x55 is not locked out til the end. When I did try full reps for the first time I got 225 for 34. Within a week or two I would probably hit 40 though, just because Im not accustomed to the rhythym of full reps since I mainly bench partial. My shoulder is also still slowing things down, especially with full range.
When you defy conventions and do things people cant comprehend it causes a great disturbance on message boards

I used to train biceps very heavy. Preacher curls with up to 200 lbs for 3/4 reps. Now my biceps are very strained. So my last bicep day wasnt anything too crazy, except the barbell curls which were heavy.
If you look back in my journal youll see sets with 60lb dumbells for 20 something reps. Im not sure my best though. I havent trained biceps in over a month, and havent really gone for PRs on those in a while.

Personally, I totally appreciate your posts. I stumbled upon this forum last week and have gotten completely hooked on your training log. I've been lifting a long time, but for the past few years have really gotten complacent in my training which has resulted in stagnant gains and probably a few steps backward. Your log has instilled a newfound motivation in me and now I'm psyched to go to the gym every day.
