              Personally, I totally appreciate your posts. I stumbled upon this forum last week and have gotten completely hooked on your training log.                 • I am curious why is it some people are so negative toward the rewards of others that person that posted that shit about you is crazy!!! Anyone that looks at you can tell you don't give any less than 100% in the gym it's very obvious!! I have told you over and over again how much I enjoy reading your journals and I do because you are very motivational and uplifting and you work hard!!                       Whenever things dont make sense to people, they cant comprehend, or it goes against conventions there are always alot of skeptics or jealous people who dont have what it takes to grind it out and make shit happen.

                      I have alot of things that I could use as excuses. Instead I acknowledge them and take a more tactical approach to reaching some of my goals. I dont have any concrete goal, it constantly changes. In reality it all started on destructive and rage motives. The results will be temporary but it will control some of my rage for a little while. Atleast while im in the gym. haha

                      Again I appreciate that. You have made tremendous progress yourself

                        Mine went so low last night that I lost my coordination and my I could not talk. I fell down and it ook me like 10 minutes to get up. Might be good to get a testing machine...just to make sure how low yours is going...from the info on that site sounds like mine was below 50. Can cause lots of other problems. so to be safe might be good to get a cheap machine from walmart or something. I am going to start testing mine before I go to bed for some reason that seems to be the time when mine gets the lowest specially with my workouts..which have gotten more intense and I am doing more cardio.

                          Thanks Beast I apprectiate that very much!!!! It amazes me that some people want to dog on everyone else instead on bettering theirselves it's almost like it's their excuse instead of their reason. To have goals makes anyone a better person shows commitment shows dedication shows willingness to work hard to get those goals. Those people who choose to hound others don't have anything better to do, instead of making crazy accusations they should work to better themselves!!

                                NO PRESS shoulder routine

                                Done on empty stomach as usual and stimulants. Super Pump 250, 2 scoops and 10 caps of plasma jet. Today I put my usual energy reserved for heavy bench pressing, into a pure shoulder routine. My right shoulder is still strained so I cant do any chest work or shoulder presses without straining it more.

                                I did high volume dumbbell only shoulder routine. I would have included hammer grip dumbbell raises as well into the routine, but that angle fucks with my shoulder strain.

                                Took a sample pack of plasma jet (NO 2 pills) and delts got real pumped today. Felt like little bowling balls. They pump up the most of any body part now probably. Along with traps. Traps get alot of work from these heavy dumbbell raises too. Indirectly
