    Yea I havent let myself sink below 200. Despite some issues with diet lately. Alot of fuckin stress and shit like that. Money issues too. Ive been between 200-208 weekly. I might be able to hit 220 sometime this year depending on how things are going. Also need the money to hit some dbols or something similiar, and be able to eat enough

      A couple of friends of mine tried doing that recently they got caught, now they are facing 5 years in prison most likely.... no worries they derserve it for being so fucking stupid.

          I wasnt expecting to train chest this week at all, especially not today. Was coming in mainly to hit delts. I tried the 45 lb bar on the bench press and 135 lbs and not too much shoulder strain in my right shoulder. A little but not like before. So I said fuck it and went for some record sets.

          Its really strange that I did not train chest at all last week, and weeks prior was hitting machines, and this session I broke two records and hit 315 for nearly 10 reps after the two high rep sets. Its strange for me I mean. No matter how driven and insane I got in the past, I would have lost significant chest strength 4-5 years ago. At 28 it seems this is hardly an issue. Came back even stronger. Im not on anything but some nolvadex XT for PCT off the phera plex, which seemed to do nothing.

          I kept the presses low volume to avoid FUCKING with my shoulder strain too much. Still felt good to assasinate a few targets today with Full range benching. I might not train chest again this week and just hit delts hard on thurs instead.

          Then next monday I should be good for a few more records on the bench. Keeping the presses low volume for now maybe. I will see.

          Ive only done full range reps on the bench a handful of times since I started benching heavier again and high rep. So I will hit records week after week most likely due to learning the rhythym again. Its clear to see that training with partials has really boosted my full rep strength. Plus I blast the fuck out of triceps heavy with mostly overloaded cable machines and dropsets. Not so much freeweight on those either lately. Elbow strain.

          I could have gotten insane under the bar in the past and still not been strong after this time off from chest training. I was almost relaxed compared to how I used to get back then. 315 feels like throwing around a toy now. Maybe Ill try cutting the reps short on the previous two sets and see what I can do with 315 more fresh, but dont really care too much. Aslong as Im making progress in strength for now. I will try to gain some size now too, but my next growth spurt will probably be when I get on some hormones again.

          Right now Im just on pre workout stims and some creatine. I was just using random spotters also which is not optimal.

                              My legs have built up alot of endurance over the years. The 600x80 was probably a pretty long set. I feel real light headed after the sets. Not breathing much and lack of oxygen.

                              Rep cadence? What does that mean exactly? I basically just do the reps fast and explosive
