Just awesome!
Im real unconventional in all my methods, since Ive only taken pieces of information and applied the things that sounded good to me. Most things I just made up completely on my own.
When I first started in the gym at 14, I stayed in the gym all day and trained. I started on a split. Splitting up muscle groups, but I was KILLING the shit out of it from the beginning. So I started very high volume, even as a bone. At the time I would get dropped off at the gym and stay there the whole day basically.
Then a few years later I biked 7 miles each eay for transportation to the gym and also moved furniture all day. Would still train the same routines afterward. Was basically unloading trucks by myself at the time , working for some scumbag.
My diet and sleep patterns are unconventional too. Im mostly nocturnal but my sleep depends mostly on when I finish my last meal. So its constantly changing. Often I go to sleep at 9am and wake in the evenings.
I eat like a snake. Consume one massive meal, over 2000 calories over a period of several hours sometimes. Then I will drink milk and protein shakes, while digesting that large meal. I might only have 2 more meals but they will be large, but not massive like the first. This changes also, but thats often how I eat. Lots of high protein, carb, snacks between too. Liquids like milk and protein shakes are easy to take in even when full. Also my stomach is fucked up, so thats why Ive adapted to doing it like this as well.
KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!

A little less volume on the back work lately, but I seem to be making good progress even with a little less volume. Since it was so high to begin with.
My mind right now isnt fully into training and eating since other things are going on now. So Im mainly maintaining size, while trying to max out my strength at the current size. That way when Im ready to grow again Ill have a better base to build off of. Waiting for the right time to KILL THAT SHIT
Keep KILLIN it yourself!!

There are many days Im worn out and just drag myself through each set. Even if Im lightheaded , about to pass out, erratic heartbeat on some days, I ignore that when beginning each set. Deal with the consequences afterward. I try to put as much intensity into each set as I can, without ripping any tendons off the bone.
KILLLLLLLLLL
You must not eat enough...... That was my biggest problem.....
I know you have income issues every once and a while and your back has been beat up, but you keep bangin' and trainin' like you are a BEAST!!!

Thats the main problem. It takes so much food for me to grow, especially the way I burn through calories, even at rest. Insane anxiety , 24/7, bad nerves too. My metabolism has slowed down though. I can see myself putting on weight alot easier now, compared to the past where Id drop 5lbs over night if I missed a meal. My stomach is fucked up, so I get backed up, and cant always fit enough food.
I have only done very little AAS, and that started in june of last year. The strongest thing I did before that was M1T for several months. I feel I can easily hit 215-220 on my next cycle, whatever it might be. I was only about 105 when I started so my frame is small. Strength has always been my main attribute. Muscle endurance too. From all the abuse in my training. The strength comes from my mental insanity and rage. Eventually it becomes routine though.
Im waiting things out for now, maintaining size mostly. Aslong as I dont take myself out again I should hit some good growth in the coming years

7-27-09 Monday Chest, Abs (15 mins cardio)
KILLED THAT SHIT
Hit some all time best PR's on the bench press with full range reps. Ive been lighter, but waist is smaller, and still getting stronger,so seem to just be leaning out unintentionallly. This was just some low volume chest work to get in my main sets and KILL whatever I could, with this shoulder.
Right shoulder is still strained. On my sets with 315 one side was lower then the other while blasting it out. 315 feels super light again now though. Hit 12 reps even after the two high rep sets prior. In the past my all time best was 315 for 11 3/4 (just short of lockout) and I did this while cutting down my 225 and 275 sets. 225 for 12 and 275 for 5 to warm up and save strength.
Now when I dont give a fuck anymore about one rep maxing is when Im getting my strongest. If I hit 315 fresh, I have no doubt Im good for 15 full reps now. Especially if shoulder was healed more.
Im definately back on the bench now. :
(199 lbs before meals)
Flat Bench Press: (Full range repetitions)
135x20 (warm)
225x36 (PR. One rep PR, all time best)
275x21 (Fighting with a random spotter, yelling, grabbing bar back, coudlve done more)
315x12 (PR. All time best)
335x4 1/2
315x6 (Shoulder strain becoming worse by this point and effecting sets)
Cable Crossovers: (Only option to hit chest without fucking with shoulder)
90x50 (weight is per side. PR, but this is fuck around weight and exercise)
120x18
120x16
150x15 (trying to get good squeeze and contraction, blood in the muscle)
Maximum Decline Sit Ups:
50
Kneeling Rope Cable Crunches:
200x25
200x30
(15 mins cardio)
