Appreciate it. Yea I have a bunch of strains too. The ruptured disks dont bother me as much now. Now its the hernia tinges, elbows, shoulders, bicep strain and things like that , that Im working more around. It took a while for that to be the case though. I avoided surgery and just rehabbed myself. Doctors and therapists basically all told me I was fucked , never to lift again ,etc. Especially cuz I couldnt find information on it, in regards to lifting weights, since it is rare to rupture the upper disks between the blades.
