      • Haha great post...and about the swimming, I agree it's hard as shit, but great exercise without the pounding of hitting the treadmill.

        I swim about 1-2 times a week while I work on my tan in the florida sun...

          I dont do it often but its real good. My main gym is 24 hour now so I can go in any time now and swim.

              My weight just hit 200 again today. So the super drol is definately kickin in.

              Also the 4000-5000 calories a day consistant.

              Hit a record tonight on bench with 275x22.

              Im cramming down a 2000 calorie shake, then in a few hours going back for session two in the early AMs.

              Will post up the routines then

                Back to 200lbs again. Super drol definately kickin in. Along with the consistant 4000-5000 cals last few days.

                315 was very light also. 15 reps shouldnt be a problem by the end of the cycle. I dont think 20 will be far off either. Its becoming more endurance now then anything.

                Went in for a second session after a 2000 calorie shake, been taking these daily now, but joints were very stiff. So decided to leave. Will hit delts on sunday anyway with my upper chest work.

                    • 9-25-09 Friday Triceps,Biceps,Lower Back and Abs

                      Arms back to 18 1/2" and legs back up an inch to 26" within the last week on the super drol and 4000-5000 calories.

                      Light low volume day today.Biceps strained and also back pinched somewhat. So avoided skull crushers. Which just left the tricep stack which is way too light, with no way to pin extra plates on at this gym.

                        Question for you. When you do your tri first does that tired your arm out to do bi?

                        I like to always do try last. Oh yeah, I too did hyper extension first time in a long time.

                          I do triceps first these days since my biceps have always been dominant. When my biceps arent strained it doesnt effect me too much. I have a high endurance though and can take a good deal of abuse. My biceps are usually pretty strained so thats the main thing that limits me from going real heavy like I did in the past.

                          Hyper extentions are real good. I just now joined a gym that has the bench to do em

                            Gained 6 lbs this week already since starting the drol.

                            Alot of knee strains today. So shitty range on leg press. Just focus on the pain in the muscle, increasing that, and doing the most damage I can without destroying my knees.

                            Body weight up another pound. Increased to 30 mgs of super drol daily yesterday.
                            Not far off from my old best bodyweight of 208, would like to hit atleast 215 by end of month but we will see.
