  • 10-03-09 Friday Triceps and Abs (15 mins cardio)

    Started this session around 11 or midnight and ended after 1am. Decided not to hit triceps heavy since tommorrow night (sunday morning) plan to FILM a chest and delt session.

    So just a light quick tricep session. Hope to get some good footage tommorrow if goes as planned.

            Unfortunately I was only able to get footage of 225x39 and 275x19 on the bench

            My right shoulder was extremely fucking strained. Probably did some more permanent damage and might have to rest it and switch to machines for chest for a little while.

            Ill post those up when they are ready though.

              My right shoulder was extremely strained, and after 275 was pretty fucked. So unfortunately I only footage of 225 and 275 for reps but will post them up within a few days:

              (198 lbs before meals)


              Flat bench Press: (Reps close to full range)

              135x20
              225x39
              275x19
              315x3 (Right shoulder fucked by then)

              Atleast now I know it is easy to film late at night and should be able to do it again easily when I heal.
