  • Yea getting the stims in my system and adrenaline pumpin KILLS my thoughts for several hours usually. Main problems stress causes me is, burning calories at extremely accelerated rate. Can feel my body burning up. Like acid in my muscle and stomach, burning. Depending on how severe , only able to eat half as much and some days hardly shit. I wont let myself fall past a certain level though. My anxiety levels are extreme without any extra stess, so that shit never helps

        Ahhh the usual. Its just been more intense lately. I dont know man, lately I can just feel the vibration coming up from the core of the earth. The clowns grinding into the center, gnawing on the earth's core. Shit gives me a fuckin headache. Then I get flashes of violence, drains my energy. I just need to regain my focus and forget about the fuckin clowns, the fuckin bozos, the burning corpses in the back of my mind.

        • I just got a chance to view your workout videos FINALLY you get that I've been after you for a long time to do that and I have to say very impressive wb you are impressive to watch!!!!! I'm glad you were finally able to get one up!!!

            Not the best footage with my shoulders giving me alot of problems. Im going to attempt to film again tommorrow night around 1 am. Hopefully can get in some better sets. Not sure how shoulders will be, but will do what I can.

              I thought it looked good but I know it's hard to give it 100% with pain and shit holding you back. I can't wait to see the new footage on your workouts!!!! But as always wb you are impressive guy!!

                  Hopefully can get through the 4 main sets, something like: 225x41, 275x24,315x15,335x8 if Im at my best. Then should be able to KILL the hammer strength incline press and some real heavy dumbbell lateral dropsets. Just need to make it through those 4 main sets. Will have to see how my shoulders feel though.

                        • 10-16-09 Friday Chest and Triceps


                          MASSACREd THAT SHIT!!

                          Multiple records today on the flat bench. Very unexpected since I walked in lighter at 197 lbs, felt flat and weak. Ive been off the super drol for a little while but maybe some residual effects. Only gained some strength while on in 2 weeks, and also 7 lbs but that was old weight.

                          These are lifts I should have hit last week but had fucked up spots and sets that got interrupted too early. Luckily not an issue today. Even though the spotters were random.

                          Couldnt even type for a while. Lately after these chest sessions my chest fibers and front delts cramp up like steel cables. Twitch painfully and violently for hours afterwards. Can be completely relaxed and the shit is pulsating and twitching wildly, locking up. A sign that I KILLED some shit.

                          My main records today were 225x42, 275x24 3/4, 315x14 and 335x8

                          My shoulders didnt feel good before I entered the gym, but for some reason they felt pretty smooth for the first few sets, allowing me to kill some records.

                          I had planned to film tonight, training at 1am. However the spotter didnt feel recovered enough to show up. I didnt push the issue cuz I thought my shoulders were gonna fuck me again. Even though I had 8 days rest this time.

                          So now I know that if I take 7 days off from chest training, I should be recovered enough to try to film next friday. Ill try for that. I think once a week chest training will be good for my shoulders now. Or maybe once a week freewieght, and the other chest session machines. Not sure yet.

                          Im getting stronger training chest once a week anyway. Also decided to pair triceps this week with chest. Since they were pre exhausted some already. Shoulders I can train twice a week even if I dont do chest on the second session.:

                          (198 lbs after snack and water at gym)

                          Incline Bench Press: (was undecided whether to do these or not initially)

                          135x20 (warm)

                          Dont like the bench there and felt like flat benching again. So FUCK it!

                          Flat Bench press: (Repetitions close to full range, locked out fully at end)

                          135x20 (warm)
                          225x42 (1 1/2 Rep PR)
                          275x24 3/4 (1 Rep PR)
                          315x14 (1 Rep PR)
                          335x8 (1 Rep PR)
                          365x3 (Shoulder strain starting to slow me down)
                          315x5 (Shoulders had enough)

                          Hammer Strength Incline Press:

                          270x25 (Shoulder strains)
                          360x13
                          410x9 (PR but slamming the shit really hard against the stops for a good bounce, hehe)
                          450x2 (Shoulders feelin it!!)

                          Standing Cable Flies:

                          100x25 (weight is per side)

                          Push Ups:

                          Curved Bar Pressdowns:

                          Reverse Dropset: (No rest between sets)

                          Rope Pressdowns:

                          Hopefully next week will be feelin it at 1am for chest. Be able to kill some new records. 315x15 would be nice atleast. Will attempt to get film then
