            KILLLLLLLED THAT SHIT

Hit Bally's again after 6 weeks at 24 hour fitness and came back much stronger on the heavy back work. Mainly the lat pulldowns. Since I was forced to use alot of lat pulldowns at 24 hour fitness due to the equipment limitations for me.

I will likely be using bally's twice a week for my chest work that includes incline presses (24 hour gym has shit incline bench and smith machine) and also for my back days. Ballys allows me to go much fucking heavier, using straps and ropes to add weight. Also have better hammer strength tbar row and low row.

Upper chest really disappeared because of lack of incline work. THe hammer strength incline press doesnt do the trick.

Would have hit traps but bicep tendon cramped. Otherwise would have done more volume on the back work as well.

Got the lat stack up to 390, figured out how to pin 2 45s on the stack. I think its just about maxed.:

            (199 lbs before meals)

            Iso Low Row Hammer Strength:

            270x25 (warm)
            360x35
            450x30
540x20 (Bandages and rope used to add plates , 6 per side, one dangling by rope like earrings on each side)
            540x20
            360x30

            Wide Grip Chin Ups:

            27
            20
            22

            Lat Pulldowns:

            210x30 (warm)
            300x24 (PR)
            345x12
370x11(PR, 45 and 25 lb plates pinned to stack)
390x7 (PR first time trying this, 2 45 lb plates pinned to stack)

T-Bar Rows (chest supported as always):

            135x15
            225x8
            205x8
            180x10

            Low Cable Rows:

210x12 (Cramp in left bicep tendon)

            KILL THAT SHIT!!

                Appreciate that shit!!

Next ill make a back training video and post it up. Unfortunately im limited to 24 hour fitness equipment when filming. So 345lb lat pulldown for reps will probably be the most intense thing I can do there with machines.

                      • 10-27-09 Tuesday Biceps (15 mins cardio)

Another late workout around 1:30 Am , but this one was good. Considering hit back heavy yesterday, biceps werent too strained:

                        (200 lbs after 2 meals)

                        Alternating Dumbbell Curls:

                        35x15 (warm)
70x20 (Possible PR. Been a long time cant remember)
                        80x12
                        100x3
60x8 (done with very little rest after prior set)
                        50x20

                        Double Biceps Style Cable Curls:

70x12 (warm up, weight is per side)
                        100x25
                        120x12
                        130x7

Dumbbell Hammer Curls: (Hands real torn up with blisters on fingers, by this point affecting sets)

                        60x15
                        75x8

                        Hammer Strength Preacher Curl Machine:

                        90x20
                        135x15
180x4 (Not gettin too crazy cuz of tendon soreness)

                        Alternating Dumbbell Curls:

                        40x15 (Just for some pump)

                        (15 mins cardio)

                        • 10-29-09 Thursday Chest (15 mins cardio)

Back to my original KILLING grounds since my return, Bally's gym. 24 hour fitness just dont cut it for my chest and back training. Was a good workout overall.

Main difference being that my shoulders were not strained hardly at all this time. Training chest once a week seems like its gonna work out much better.
I will really fucking KILL that chest session since it is only once, and will do inclines on smith after the flat portion, or even switch to inclines instead of flats. Cycle the two.

275 has become the fucking bastard child of my chest routines. Those who know my routine, know that I hit reps to failure with , 225,275,315 and up. I think for a while Im going to just go straight to 300 for my next set after 225, maybe even 315, will see, then ill go up and work my reps with the heavier weights. I think ive been expending too much energy in the sub 300's, fucking around, having my fun. Its time for some changes. I prefer heavier poundages over low weight for high reps.

Hit one PR with 300x15 1/2 but only cuz of the specific number. 315x14 is my best. Good day overall and didnt hit anything extra cuz I didnt fucking feel like it.

I can kill the shoulders and rear delts on sunday. Some days I may add to the chest session, but I like the idea of a day dedicated to killing chest, rather then twice a week.

Ultimately Ill train by feel though:

                          (200 lbs before meals)

Flat Bench Press: (3/4 reps until end, then locked)

                          135x20 (warm)
                          225x40
300x15 1/2 (PR, but only cuz of the number. 315x14 is best)
335x4 1/2 (Spotter really fucked me up. Yelling and arms in the way. I drop the weight fast, so completely fucked my rhythym)
375x 2 half reps (Waited too long to find a spot)
315x7 (Spotter distracted me and shit went out of the groove)
                          315x9

Smith Machine Incline Presses: (First time back on these in nearly 2 months)

                          225x33
                          315x12
                          365x2
                          315x6

                          Hammer Strength Incline Press:

                          270x22
                          360x10 1/2
                          410x5 1/2
                          450x2
                          360x10
                          360x10
                          360x8

                          Pin Loaded Machine Flies:

                          205x15
                          250x11
                          305x12 (stack)

                          Push Ups:

                          35

                          15 mins cardio
