    It has its place, but most of the time I will choose more weight over strict form. It takes strong core and supporting muscle to be able to train like that and not get injured though. I respond best this way though

      • 12-11-09 Friday Chest and Abs (15 mins cardio)

        Kept the volume low today. Only did a few sets on the bench, since its the most brutal on the rotator. My right shoulder strain I didnt even feel today really. SHoulders felt very smooth

        I believe the 9 month expired prescription strength Naproxin, 1 to 2 a day, rest, and switching up the routine have all contributed to the healing. I will guage things but I have a few ideas on how Ill change things up.

        I might try low volume benching and incline dumbbell presses in the routine. Havent really done these in years so I can increase my strength on those. Eventually the 120s will be too light though. Right now Im still learning how to dumbbell press again.

        More controlled full range reps on the dumbbell and machine work. THe few sets of bench I did were the usual ballistic 3/4 reps til the end style though:

        (200 lbs before meals after water)

        Flat bench Press: (3/4 range repetitions til the end, then locked)

        135x20 warm
        225x35
        300x12
        315x7 1/2

        Using random spotters like usual and quite a bit off from usual strength, but has been a few weeks since Ive done freeweight on these.

        Incline Dumbbell Presses: (Relearning the movement, been a while)

        80x10 (warm)
        100x14 (Recent PR only)
        120x6 (Recent PR only)

        Will build these back up since I cant remember my old records. Have gone over 130 in the past.

        This gym maxes at 120's so will have to max that out for reps.

        Incline Hammer Sterength Presses: (Controlled reps this time , no bounce and full range)

        270x15
        360x5 1/2
        410x3 1/2
        360x4

        Push Ups:

        50

        Kneeling CLose Grip Handle Cable Crunches:

        200x50
        235x20 (35 lb plate pinned to stack)
        235x25

        Not a strong day but good to train chest with no pain

        15 mins cardio

        • got any new cycle planned? or are you on anything now?

          Im just about to wrap up a 6 week test cycle doing some dbols now at the end...very good gains although alot of water weight of course. Going natty now until atleast may or june!

            It could be a while. The next cylce I wanna do is test, maybe 650-750 mgs a week. Need some post cycle shit too probably. Might be a long time though.

            Im not on anything now. Just pre workout stims and food. My last cycle was some months ago. Just dbols

              Can see that the traps really suck up the tension from those DB laterals though. Havent done direct trap work in a while. Just these and super heavy machine rows for back.

                  Will have some time to see if I can get any larger without AAS. Since I dont have the money right now for that. In the past Ive never been able to get any bigger without very low dose prohormone, but also I injured myself and did not stay around this size long at all. Will do what I can

                              Will get them up as soon as they are digitised.

                              Ive always found it best to strengthen the core, especially with the loose form I use. So I dont do any type of light ab work.

                              Not only that, but its how I rehabbed from my ruptured disks, when I was out for two years. Alot of heavy core work.
