Chest sessions used to be even longer. From 12-7. Long rests and lots of stimulants.

I have no idea what the madness behind your methods are, but they work.
I started doing warmup sets up to 40 reps on DB inclines, I love it! I then went as low as 4 reps with the 110's with a 10+ second negative. I posted the vid in my journal.

I thought of you today in the gym (not in a homo way) some huge guy was doing 1200 lbs on the leg press and then proceeded to go nuts on the bench...
With the amount of time you spend in the gym, you mighta well rent some space and live there!

i have a powerliftin and strongman gym that i need to start goin to again. its a great atmosphere, where the louder u are and the more chalk u have on u, just means u had a good workout. and i can actually get a spot on squat.
its good to hear that ur shoulder is feelin better. i have problems with a rib that i popped out, and often after a heavy dead, or rack pull day, it feels like itll pop again. so yea.
i try. go heavy or go home!!!

Sounds like a great fuckin gym. UNfortunate for me my gyms are all fuckin fitness gyms.

1-01-10 Friday Chest,Shoulders and Abs (15 mins cardio)
Shoulders werent really an issue today. Strength is still off but I think in a few weeks it may be back and ready for some PRs but will see. The anti inflammatories, 1000 mg of naproxen taken in two doses has helped extremely.
Also the extra day off before hitting chest helped. Prior to training I thought the shoulders would be a problem. There was some pain. Not an issue though.
Alot of fuckin stress, need to get back to eating heavily again. All in due time. Aslong as Im hoverin around the 200 mark im ready to explode when I hit some good supplementation and heavy eating again. :
