                I couldn't get the mojo going. But still pushed some heavy iron. After incline I was going to do flat dumb press but my shoulders didn't want to do them. It was a 6.5/10 session.

                I woke up with a fucked up neck and a general shitty feeling everywhere in my back. So, I didn't do any barbell rows are pulls. and work is starting to take its toll on me.

                Not enough training this month. Had to go to inlaws. Work, stress, some "not feeling it"

                Strength wise- a good month.

                As you can tell, I have a hard time training legs and I don't like to talk about it... lol

                December is going to be better.

                                Do some light Dumbell pullovers before your workout. It's the only thing that can prep my shoulder for the work to come.
