As far as being a rear delt move: I've kind of abandoned the idea of trap/rear delt/small muscles of the upper back. I think if you want strong, healthy rear delts or traps, working them with a compound movement just makes the most sense.

I am not sure. I can tell that I did them but I am not sore.
I know that what I did yesterday shouldn't count as a leg day, but I didn't want to do anything that put stress on my lower back.
