  • Just woke up. Slept in. I got quads today. Last night I took the wife to see potter 6. I had a coke and alittle pop corn. Good thing I did cardio yesterday!

      • I'm at mu gym now. Was supposed to do quads but I is not going o happen this week. Too uncomfortable on my back and knees and pushing through it is not worth the risk of hurting my back again. I did do lots of calf raises and abs tho. Now kot the recumbent bike doing cardio. My chiro advised against doing hams cuz theyare so oght he said they are tearing up my joints. So I may become one of those top heavy guys, except for calves. I train them hard.

                          • Man, strike 3!!! My shoulder started to bug when I was WARMING UP!!! I have decided to take a few days off. Let what ever the problemo is go away. But on a good note. david inclined 95 lbs with a bar for one. I am going to vegas this weekend and will back on the 5th. I will dif hit a golds while I am there.

                              I always warm up as well, I do the same routine as Branch Warren actually. I will grab 5-10 DBs and do standing shoulder press, front delt raises, a rotator cuff movement, shrugs, more shoulder presses. 8-10 reps per, no rest, it gets my head into it everytime.

                              Have fun in Vegas, I have never been there.

                              • Enjoy Vegas! Perfect time to rest your shoulder too since those injuries take forever to heal.
