    I went to the gym and started warming up and my shoulders started bugging- not unheard of. A lot of the time when this happens, If I continue, and get a good pump going the pain will go away. Not today. It just got worse. So I left and will try again tomorrow.

              My rest periods were kept very short today. And I could feel that I didn't get all my meals in yesterday cuz I was working on my house. Great session though.

              Why'd you do low reps for DB Press but higher reps for the rest?

              Nice food...but when I watch football (or sports)...I like to give it my undivided attention...hate cooking then.

                  • I got this bad ass cooker that cooks my chicken from frozen in 20 minutes. It uses infared, convection and conduction. Juicey and lean! It rocks.

                            Hammer Strength Incline 12x185 10x225 10x245 10x245 All slow positives and Negetives. Felt like my chest was going to rip off my ribs it was awesome. Very little shoulder pain. I used lighter weight on purpose. I made the weights work for me.

                            Straight bar skull crushers 10x70 10x80
                            1 Arm OH Ex 15x15lbs X 3 sets
