                        I kept my rest times super short. That is a change for me as of late. I have been on a 2 month cycle of training in a 6-8 range and taking longer rests. I am thinking of bumping it back to 8-12 range for a while.I like it. My harms are still skaking. Took a page from BBOYs journal and throw in flutter kicks.
