Did biceps and calves on Thursday and quads and hams yesterday. Nothing super special to record. Both were crap workouts. Thursday I wasn't feeling it. Glad it was biceps and calves though. And yesterday I was so F'ing tired it was unreal so my lift sucked.Not Everything. Not Yet.

Depending on the angle, bent over rows hit the upper back/rear delts hard.
