            • Did biceps and calves on Thursday and quads and hams yesterday. Nothing super special to record. Both were crap workouts. Thursday I wasn't feeling it. Glad it was biceps and calves though. And yesterday I was so F'ing tired it was unreal so my lift sucked.

                        Not flaming you, but that comment doesn't make any sense.
                        Depending on the angle, bent over rows hit the upper back/rear delts hard.
