It depends on how you do them. If you do them on your feet and bent over, then they are a mass builder. But if you do them sitting a bench, then they only tone that one spot on the body.Not Everything. Not Yet.

Good arm exercise, I too do bi and tri's with cardio....figure get the small less taxing muscles out of the way on cardio day.
