                • It depends on how you do them. If you do them on your feet and bent over, then they are a mass builder. But if you do them sitting a bench, then they only tone that one spot on the body.

                        Good arm exercise, I too do bi and tri's with cardio....figure get the small less taxing muscles out of the way on cardio day.
                        More energy left to do cardio after arms than on leg day.

                            After warming up, I started on the leg press. for 4 pps and my back started to hurt. I am so sick of this shit. Its so frustrating.
