      V Handle Pulldowns on floor 12x160 12x170 12x180

      Rack Deads didn't feel good so I didn't pull a ton. Kept the reps up. And for the last movement. I attached the V handle to the cable, sat on the ground and based my self with my knees under the seat and pulled. Doing it this way, it pulled at a different angle than I am used to and I felt it big time on the very edges of my lats. First time doing this. I saw the owner doing this last week. I like them.

          SVT. I am glad the Pats lost. I watch Brady throw the pick in the first quarter and his expression was awesome. It was like "But I'm Tom Brady!" lol. What a douche! I loved watching him get his ACL tore a few seasons ago. Almost the highlight of the year! FUCK THE PATS

                  My left elbow is def feeling it. Got some Ice on it right now. My strength on presses lately has been down. I don't know why. Everything else is up.

                              • Tomorrow is my off day so all I'm doing is 4 sets of 40 seated calves, 30 min of HIT cardio, and 200 reps of an abdominal movement.....Good times!!!!
