Rack Deads didn't feel good so I didn't pull a ton. Kept the reps up. And for the last movement. I attached the V handle to the cable, sat on the ground and based my self with my knees under the seat and pulled. Doing it this way, it pulled at a different angle than I am used to and I felt it big time on the very edges of my lats. First time doing this. I saw the owner doing this last week.
