  • Went in to do quads today.. I warmed upon the bike. then hit the extension. tired one set of leg press. wasnt going to happen. Not one to give up, I hit the smith squats light weight.. Wasnt going to happen. so I did 4 sets of Lunges at 30 sets. BW.
    Did some Calves.


    Nothing special. But tomorrow is Back. New freaking day. And I slept alot last night and had lots of sex. Back day tomorrow. Yes.

          • I started with Incline barbell.
            135x12 135x12 185x15 NEVER THAT MUCH WEIGHT FOR THAT MANY REPS 205x6 185x6-135x5 drop set.
            machine press 12x120 12x120. Felt good after that. I did calves yesterday and i was feeling the hunger pain so I left and got some food. Great workout. Lifting with my dad and my Friend Matt. David stayed home and slept.

              • Yesterday I did kinda a HIT day with a Scott flavor on it.
                I did
                1 set of ez curls with 45 on it. 6,1,1. Rest pause
                hammer bar curls with 45 1set of 10
                Con Curls 12x35lbs
                3 sets of reverse cable one arm pushdowns at 80 lbs. Just enough to pump my tri's
                They were still sore from my chest day so I didnt go crazy on them.


                Today, was my off day. Tomorrow is shoulders. Looking forward to it baby.

                  • We have a machine shoulder press from Polaris in my gym. It is kinda old. I sat in it face towards the back pad today. It is much more comfortable.
                    Press 12x80 10x100 8x120
                    Front raise with 1 dumb 12x25 10x30 10x30
                    Upright Rows with shoulder grip 12x65 10x85. Nice and slow good squeeze
                    Rear Raise 12x20 12x20 10x25.
                    I tried to do abs today but my abs kept cramping on me. I will take that as a sign that I need to do abs more often. I have also not been going as heavy as I can on my shoulder days latly. I kinda like that. I guess I am finally learning how to connect with my shoulders. I can with everythink else just fine. I have always had a problem with the mind muscle connection with shoulders.

                    • good workouts. It's always better to ease into it after a 2week break. How are you legs doing? did you injure them somehow?

                      • I hear ya on the abs thing, I need to work on mine more too!

                        Mind-muscle connection is what makes the difference between your average lifter and your hardcore lifter. Not that you have to be hardcore, but you have to have that mindset to be successful in building mass through lifting weights.

                        • Legs are ok. I have a lower back issue. Keeps me from doing most leg moves. But not lunges. I love them. I have no problem doing calves.

                              • Back on my treamill currently! Yeah. It has been fucking hit here and my treadmill is in my garage. Looks like the wave is over! I have had some kind of bug for a few days. Headache. Nausia. And the rehia. But I feel great today!!
