Went in to do quads today.. I warmed upon the bike. then hit the extension. tired one set of leg press. wasnt going to happen. Not one to give up, I hit the smith squats light weight.. Wasnt going to happen. so I did 4 sets of Lunges at 30 sets. BW.

Nothing special. But tomorrow is Back. New freaking day. And I slept alot last night and had lots of sex. Back day tomorrow. Yes.
