I took it easy to see how the elbow would handle it. It went well. Good session back.

    30 mins on Treadmill @ 6 am + abs

Happy to hear that, you still got in good volume

      • Good to see you at the weights again!
I bet you feel good too! Hope you are recovered enough to get in there more frequently.
Do it now because sometimes later becomes never.

Nothing today bothered my elbows except dips. I am very happy about this. I got a good pump. Chest was the body part I was most worried about in regards to my elbows and it went great. And again, I took it easy.

            • Good sessions, yeah I've found that dips can be a bit hard on the elbows. Good pressing though, and 3 x sets of 10 on wide grip chins is pretty good going. Nice work man J.

Good job mang, do you have elbow sleeves/wraps?

                • I do. I need to get new ones. The ones I have would suck to workout in. I would like to get some Schiek Elbow sleeves.
THe ones I have I wear at work and when I sleep. They are uncomfortable to bend my arm, so they force me to keep them straight. Which is nice while I am sleeping.

                    • Good shit getting back to the weights with the elbow pain. I have an elbow problem myself.. What are you experiencing? Do you know how it happened or just wear and tear?

                        • Thanks. I am not sure what happened, though I know it happened/happens in my sleep. Bending my arms is what is bugging them. I bought these braces that when I am wearing them it cuz the circulation off to my hands if I bend my arms which is forcing me to keep my arms straight while I sleep. Which is helping me heal. I was/am feeling pain in the tricep tendon, the pointy bone of the elbow and just outside that bone. It sucks but it is going away. That lay off was what I needed.

                          • BigJim, the guy obviously skimmed my log and last workout and didn't read whats going on with me. Didn't read that that was my first workout in a while and that I was taking it easy. No big deal. Annoying and ignorant as it is.

                            • I forgot to post that I am now a 26 year old father with full grown adults for children now! My son (youngest) turned 18 on Super Bowl Sunday. (Daughter is 19) Both are in College already. She graduates with AA next year and was accepted to Washington State University on Saturday. Lori and I are so proud.
