Had pizza last night (and maybe a bud) LOL
Tonight though, I am going to a "beer tasting" party that my brother in law is putting on! about 20 people coming and everyone brings about 8 bottles of a weird beer. That way everyone gets a few OZs of each brew... but it'll still total up to 8 bottles by the end of the night... and it's all crazy shit like 8-12% ABV. Should be interesting!

I usually measure out 6 oz. of diced chicken breast to go with 1/2 cup of rice mixed with EVOO and 1/2 cup broccoli. I usually alternate between the ground beef and the chicken or a combo of the 2 so that the diet doesn't get monotonous. My evening meal will alternate between a baked fish, stewed beef and veggies or a repeat of the chicken/ground beef. I think the key to any diet is keeping is variety while also making stuff that you enjoy eating.Originally posted by SVT03DAL View PostAustin, the best way I've found to prepare chicken breast is to cut a whole breast in half, brown both sides of the breast in a skillet with EVOO, a pinch of salt and garlic powder over medium heat. Once browned, pour low-sodium chicken stock in the skillet until half the breast is covered with stock, reduce heat so the stock is simmering and cover the skillet. Cook for 10-13 minutes depending on the size of the breasts. Once done, remove breasts to a plate and slice the chicken into very small pieces (diced), this is KEY! The small pieces make it easy to eat and it should retain it's moistness. I usually put some of the Bragg's Liquid aminos on the chicken and a few dashes of Frank's Redhot or Tabasco. You can even put a little bit of BBQ sauce if you like, whatever your preferance as long as it's not saturated.
I eat the way I do cuz it is easy. EASY = GOOD. That just sounds like to much work and thought. But thanks for sharing. Not Everything. Not Yet.

I didn't do a lot of tricep stuff because I waned to see how my elbow would respond to direct tricep work. It wasn't bothering me, but we'll see how the rest of the day goes. I had a crazy pump in both Tris and bis.
