Must be cool being able to train with your Dad. I know I would love it, but mine prefers steak & red wine rather than the gym & protein shakes. Can't win 'em all.

He didn't ever exercise until he had a blockage in my heart. Had a shunt put in and the dr told him if he didn't start to exercise he'd die. So now he lifts with me and does hour of cardio daily with him dog.

Last summer, my dad, my son and I all trained together. It rocked.
