              • Nothing like pulling a 13.5 hour work day. Fuck I'm glad it's Friday. Not going to train legs today. I'm goig to do arms in the AM Saturday and do legs on sunday AM cuz I'm doing back on Monday. Not doing any kind of deads so won't be a thing to do legs and back back-to-back.

                    Good session. Good pump. I am still nervous to go heavy on tricep exercises for fear of my elbows. But My arms were super pumped. And the first place I can tell that I am losing weight is in my Forearms. The veins there start to pump out more than usual. Its Happening. I forgot to weigh my self at th gym.

                    Gunna take my boys on a long walk later today. The weather is rocking outside today. Yesterday it was just barely raining and it was windy and you know that smell the air has when it going to rain? It was like that all day. Awesome. Today is it sunny and 68*
