Well, I was definitely sucking wind today. Cold is almost gone. Almost. I must have slept on my stomach or something because my shoulders felt like they were dried out or something. That is why I only did 1 set of pulldowns with the V Handle.
I sprung a nose bleed while doing DB rows. Plunged it up and continued. I am tired. Good thing today is my High Carb day.
Good frist day back I think. Certainly not my strongest but fuck it, I was sick.Not Everything. Not Yet.
