HEMI! That dog is crazy. Fasted strongest dog in the world. ANd he can get all 4 feet over my head when he jumps and I'm pushing 6'3''. "Hemi" is the best name he could have. MY buddy is also naturally 6% all the time. Same with his brother. Genetics....

Just finished 30 minutes on the treamill.
      Speed at 2.7
      Incline at 6.5
I got Chest in a few hours.
I'm thinking Flat D press, Incline Bar Press. flyes and finish with a set of dips to failure, probably around 25 reps.

You'd like them. Leopards are very even tempered, and Sitka is so mellow that nothing stresses him for long. He's a little odd though for one of them. He loves the car, climbing, and jumping which none of my prior geckos did. We think he doesn't realize that he is a gecko and not a dog. He gets the kind of fuss a dog does, so he loves people and attention. He's also never threatened to bite anyone, even his vet, for any reason.

Jason is 6' 4" and I'm 5' 2" and wearing heels in that photo. You'd never guess I was the older one at 3+ years, because everyone just reacts to his height.

Nice training! I love that one of your dogs is named Hemi!

Yep did pretty much what I wanted.
            Flat D press 12x80 10x90 8x90
            Incline 12x185 10x185 9x185
            Cable Flyes 15x80 12x90
            Dips failure @16

About 45 minutes before training, I started feeling like shit. I got the gut rot and everything. But it went away one the way to the gym.
My gym has 2 flights of stairs you have to go up before entering, and even though I didnt do alot of sets yesterday for legs my quads are sore. And going up those stairs sucked ass. And my lower back is sore too.

Do you shrug on shoulder days? I do, if not I have way too may volume/sets in my back routine.

IMO, add another set of chins. Can you do deads, anything for lower back? The hardest exercises are the best for development. Nothin in the Iron Game is easy or everyone would be built! YEAH BUDDY!

Is there anything that helps to release your low back? Just curious.

Normally My back workouts look like this

                      Chins 3 sets
                      Pulldowns 3 sets
                      Bar rows 3-4 sets
                      Dumb Rows 3 sets
                      Hyper Extension 2 sets

I do deads ocasionaly. Even with my back in the shit condition it is in, I can still dead 430. Deads have always been relatively easy for me. I might sub out bar rows for Tbar rows sometimes.

But sence my back was still stiff from legs I didnt do any direct lower back work today. Normally I do.
Yes I do shrugs on shoulder days. My traps get SO inflated on my shoulder days. I look like I'm wearing football gear or battle armor or something. Lateral raises man lol.

See it doesnt really hurt most of the time. It is weird. I cant describe it. It just never feels right or 100% or stable. It feels weird in a way that I'm always aware of it. If my back could speak it would say during leg training "I dont feel like cooperating and if you dont stop I just might decide to fuck up your day! Remember, I'm lazy." 8 times out of 10 it only hinders me with leg training for the most part. Stretching Helps. I can touch beyond my toes on my left foot and can barely touch my right toes.
