    • Nice work J! Glad to hear it's going well.

      Did you find you were tired of bulking near the end? I am just sick and tired of feeling fat! And lately, over the past few weeks, I have gained some real fat, too. I think I am going to have to cut back a little for the rest of my bulk through the end of August and maybe try to lean up a little while I am bulking. I can't wait for my next fat loss phase!

      • I wasn't really bulking or cutting. Just eating the same clean means everyday and training hard. I didn't have a goal in mind. Just wanted to avoid injuries and train just because I love to train.

        When you cut down, you are going to be a beast dude.

        • I haven't had any craving for any crap foods since I started, but yesterday when we were leaving the BBQ for Loris birthday, I had her birthday cake on my lap and it looked so awesome! It looked so good. But I didn't have any.

            Way to fight temptation bro. Maria ate McDonald's in the car in front of me this past weekend....20 piece mcnuggets, large fries and sprite. Hung my head out the window lol!

                      It's much easier not to have cravings when you're not starving and you shouldn't be on the diet.

                              Don't even think they come that large in NZ ?! Our kids normally have a Happy Meal with 3 each and they're having a good day if they eat all of them lol
