  • got my results back. LDL is 6 points above the normal range and HDL is alittle low. Big shocker.

    But my glucose was 99 after fasting for 12 hours. THe doc wants to meet early next week to discuss the results.

        Im going to move back to a 5 day split. After shoulders I dont have enough energy to slam biceps and aftger chest I dont have the energy to hit tris. Bi and Tri together again.

              • My chest and back are pretty freaking sore today. I got arms today. Im going back to doing bis and tris on the same day instead of bis on shoulder day and tris on chest day.

                        and AKS my arm day was pretty much NO REST BETWEEN SETS AND EXERCISES. My elbow tendons have not been bothering me anymore so I throw Skull crushers back in. I love them. and Man are my arms sore.


                        yesterday I got this coupon on my truck for 2 WEEKS FREE at this club 24 gym. The wife and daughter go there so i have been in there. They have a stair mill and I ROCKED THAT THING FOR 30 MINUTES TODAY. I WAS A WALKING RIVER OF SWEAT. I LOVE THAT THING. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO 45 MINUTES ON IT.

                        • I hate the stair master. I went up to two hours a day at one point in my diet. Best of luck on not commiting ritual suicide after your cardio.

                            Im so glad I can do skull crushers again.. They really work for me. They werent the cause of my elbow tendon issues. I cant remember what was.
